This is our second time to utilize the services of Wildlife Solutions over the years as we were having issues with raccoons. Once again, Charlie was our point person. He is very knowledgeable, professional and respectful of the homeowners property. He assessed the situation and quickly resolved our issues with the pesky critters. Great team. Very professional and personable. Took care of my mom raccoon and her 3 kits. Got them out of my attic and super job on cladding the soffit to prevent them returning. I will highly recommend them to anyone with a wildlife issue. Thanks

I had an appointment for a walkthrough quote in the morning. Nobody had come by 10:30 so I called to verify that we still had an appointment to which I was told yes they are coming. Nobody ever showed up. I understand if other things arise but I expect a phone call letting me know so I'm not standing there wasting my time for someone to show and it never happens!!

You were told that a representative would inspect your property within a specific timeframe and no one ever arrived. Due to an error (on our part) in how your appointment was entered into our scheduling software, our technician was never notified of your appointment. Michael and his team were very effective helping us with a rat issue we had in our crawlspace. They were responsible, professional, on time, and always helpful. I highly recommend this company with any rodent or pest problems.
We had birds in our chimney. We had to wait for the birds to fly out because of where they were located. The tech couldn't get to them. Then he came back to secure mesh at the top so no more could come in. Very nice people. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Wildlife Solutions!

We finally got the settlement money to fix our house. We are renting a house but we could not bring our dog with us she stays in the workshop / man cave. I went over there a few days ago and I found a bat where my dog is staying I called wildlife solutions. They came out right away and took care of the problem. The next day another bat showed up this one was meaner than the first one. They came out and got this bat and told me what I need to do to correct the problem. After 8 years living at this house we've never had a bat problem and then here we go. Michael over at wildlife solutions was the best, he came and took care of everything. He told me what I need to do to seal it up and hopefully I won't have another bat problem. Thank you Michael over at wildlife solutions. I would recommend them 150%. Thomas Erskine
