Sam was absolutely amazing to work with! He was super knowledgeable, honest, and never made us feel pressured. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process way easier than expected. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in his work. We even ended up talking about our shared love for Great Pyrenees puppies and honestly, who doesn’t love puppies? 😂 If you’re thinking about using Terminix, ask for Sam — seriously the best experience we could’ve asked for! Termites might not like him, but we sure do!
