Cody has been absolutely amazing with our pest control service. He is extremely professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which makes the whole process stress-free. He always shows up on schedule and takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. Cody does a very thorough job, making sure every area is properly covered, and he genuinely listens when we let him know about any specific concerns or problem spots. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it really shows in the results. Highly recommend Cody!

I’m 75 years old and have used quite a few service companies over the years, but none have been as dependable and pleasant as this pest control company. My technician, Owen, is absolutely wonderful! Always kind and patient with all my questions. He makes sure everything is taken care of before he leaves, and he even checks in afterward to be sure I’m still pest-free. I don’t have kids, so I really appreciate the personal attention and kindness he shows each visit. It’s nice to know there are still people who take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Cody with Knox Pest Control comes to my house monthly to spray my yard for mosquito control/treatment. Knox always sends me a scheduling confirmation text to let me know what day and time they will be coming out and Cody always sends me a text to let me know he is on his way. The communication is 10/10. Knox and Cody are the best!

Watch out for these people and their marketing department - they are unscrupulous! They have barraged my home with "Statements" stating "PAST DUE" "PLEASE REMIT" with a fake bill showing I owe $225. I have never requested their services and my only contact with them was to request that I be removed from their mailing list. This request was ignored. Unsuspecting homeowners must be careful not to accidentally pay for something they didn't order. If their unprofessional marketing is any indication of their pest control service, it suggests that you are best to stay away from this company.
