We contacted Home Environment Solutions (HES) shortly after purchasing our home. It was poorly insulated and we were struggling to adequately heat it. They performed a thorough inspection, explained where our problem areas were and made recommendations to re insulate the attic and encapsulate the crawl space which was bare dirt and crafty. The HES crew was professional, efficient, and did quality work. They clearly explained thier work plan and cleaned up after themselves. The final result is beautiful. It is so nice having a crawl space that is clean and dry. Our home is so comfortable now the difference is really unbelievable . Absolutely worth the investment. The B Squared team (Brandon 1 and Brandon 2) worked tirelessly to remove all my old attic insulation, air seal all gaps, install baffles, build a catwalk, and blow in new insulation. They were very friendly and patient in answering all my questions throughout the week. I feel like they treated my house with as much care and respect as if it were their own. They went above and beyond by filming a video for me, explaining how the attic hatch cover worked and how I would place it back in place. Due to the setup of my existing hatch, it required a little bit of maneuvering. I already noticed my furnace running less frequently because the warm air is staying in the house and not leaking into the attic. My initial consultation with Russell was equally as valuable as he taught me a lot about home insulation, the stack effect, and ventilation. See the before and after photos.

Why do you use bleach on mold? Why do you not use heppa vacs? Where are your air movers? Why do you dump your waste anywhere you see fit? Storm drains, yards, ect. This has got to be one of the most unprofessional and inexperienced “restoration” companies I have ever come across. I highly recommend anyone thinking of using this service, to get quotes from ACTUAL RESTORATION companies because if you don’t, You’re going to have to call another company anyway to clean up their mess. And if you don’t listen to this, at least ask to see their IICRC credentials/license before service. Overpriced for exactly no reason.

Bought my home less than 9 months ago and while it was i good deal i found that it literally had no insulation installed as it was a very old home. I thought about doing it myself to save money but it was going to be a nightmare to insulate the attic in the condition it was in. Found Home environment solutions while googling ideas for how to do it myself and noticed they had free consultations so i figured what do i have to lose. I'm so glad I called. While costing more than i originally wanted to spend on the project it was absolutely worth it. They explained everything well and know their stuff. I hired them to air seal and insulate my attic and they did it quickly and professionally. On top of that the 3 gentlemen who did the work were fantastic. Friendly and willing to answer any and all questions I had. Overall thrilled with their work and if i decide to get more done they will be the first I call. Noticeable difference in my energy usage. Got my moneys worth and then some.

The whole process from start to finish was wonderful. They were very helpful & efficient. We had a small problem 2 months afterwards & they were quick to respond back & came out the next day to repair.

Home Environment Solutions was absolutely amazing! From Russ during the inspection to Cameron, Brandon and the rest of the crew every step was spot on! They had a tough task of fixing all the mistakes of another company in the area. The other company cut so many corners it was awful. Russ assured me they would make it right and they definitely did! They take the time to explain everything to you and update throughout the entire process not only verbally but provide pictures along the way. It really gave me some peace of mind. The crew was spectacular from start to finish! If I ever have any issues or other work to be done I will 100% be using this team! I can't begin to tell you what a great company this is. We had our attic re-insulated after having it done just two years ago. The previous company did not seal all of the openings into the attic which caused the development of mold. The guys from HES were courteous, efficient and punctual. Before we discovered the mold, our cat was having breathing issues; the vet thought it was an infection, but after the mold remediation, my cat and I are breathing much better. I highly recommend this company to anyone having issues with high energy bills or mold issues. Thank you Russel and Mark for your professionalism and for hiring such great employees. 👍👍👍👍👍

Cameron, Dillan, and Daniel were wonderful. Our cement laundry room was giving us issues during the winter by moisture frosting on the ceiling then thawing causing water issues. With the help of Russ, we decided to use foam board insulation around the whole room, and we couldn't be happier. The room stays just as warm/cool as the rest of our basement. The crew was super friendly and kept us updated through the whole process.

I used Home Environment Solutions (HES) to insulate my attic and the two knee walls in my cape cod style home. I knew I had an issue when my gas bills were $300+ with only my gas being at 65 degrees. HES contacted me after I found them using the Angi app and requested an estimate. Russell (Sales) came out to my place (Feb 2022)and I explained to him my issue and showed him where I believed my problem was in the house. He agreed with me that the attic and knee walls needed insulation and we sat down and went over the options and I signed an agreement with him right there. They were going to remove all the old insulation, air seal the knee walls, cut a hole to access one knee wall and cover back up and then blow in cellulose insulation thru all of it. Russell didn’t try to sale me anything more than I needed and explained everything in detail as what they were going to do. He was a good guy and I trusted his expertise. A few weeks later, Christie (Office Manager) contacted me and went over the contract with me. She did a great job in explaining the contract with me over the phone and then also sent a recap of everything in an email. There was no confusion in the process, it was just very straightforward. A few months later (May 2022) when the production team was ready for the install on my contract dates, they called me around 8:30am and said they would be there in a half hour and they were right on time. There were three guys, very friendly and professional. I showed them upstairs to the areas that needed the work and then I just got out of the way and they did their thing. It took two days for them to complete the project. They cleaned and vacuumed everything up and it was like they were never here. They did a fantastic job. As for the insulation, I already notice a huge difference on my second floor. Before, it was unbearable and so humid on these hot summer days but now the space is useable. Clearly the cold air is holding up there. I’m curious as to how it will be come winter time with the heat but I’m sure it will be a tremendous difference from this past winter. I highly recommend Home Environment Solutions if you are looking to upgrade your home insulation. Great service and people.

Even though we have a newer home (built in 2007) our energy bills were sky high and we were freezing in the winter time. In the summer our air conditioner ran constantly and could hardly keep up. Our friends had Home Environment Solutions insulate their home and said it made a big difference so we gave them a call. They sent out Russ who asked us a lot of questions about what we were experiencing and what we had hoped to accomplish before he did a full inspection of our home. He found we had typical fiberglass insulation that met code but could be greatly improved. The installation team came out and did our job in three days. Each day they called to let us know they were on their way and at the end of the day they completely cleaned up. The guys they sent were excellent! We were very comfortable with them in our home. After the job was done we noticed a difference immediately! Our energy bills are HALF of what they were! The air conditioner has no problem keeping up in the summer and our home is warm in the winter! Home Environment Solutions is awesome!
