Dryer Vent cleaning and Exterminating Co

I set up an appointment with this business. No one ever showed or called at appointment time. I called the next day and asked why the exterminator never showed. I was told he was supposed to have been there. The scheduler then called back and stated the exterminator would be out that afternoon. Another no call/no show. I finally received a call the next day from a random person stating he was really busy and he was the exterminator and he would show in the next day or so. I wasn't given an exact time or day or reason why he never called to say he wouldn't be there for the previous two appointments. At this point I decided to find a more professional business to work with.
