Scam company. They say they have locations in Lewisburg and all over. I call in she says she has calls centers everywhere, I ask if there is an actual physical location in my town as they claim. She hung up! THEY DO NOT HAVE LOCATIONS WHERE THEY SAY. I already reported to Google. They have a quick pay now link. Their reviews from all over they claim to service are horrible. Don't give these people your money!

They did regular pest inspection monthly but had lacked that in the past few months. I called needing a pest inspection and they said someone would be out on July 1 no one showed. So I continue to call on July 5 someone took my name and number no return. I call today July 8 and I spoke with someone and they said someone had been trying to get ahold of me and the earliest they could do it would be Monday or Tuesday and I questioned about them trying to get ahold of me and their response was better yet just get someone else.

Recently I called Phillips to come out to do an inspection on a house I’m buying. They do the inspection and tell my realtor everything looks great. Then I get the report. No infestations in the accessible areas. There were inaccessble areas according to the report which means the crawl space underneath. The man who has worked on this house knows it inside and out. He stands about 6’ 2” and told me he’s been all under the house. They never told my realtor that they were not able to inspect it all. The tech told my realtor that “everything looks good.” Although there were no visible termite infestations they recommended treatment. $1900. And that was after they took $500 off. I told the tech that if my lender requires it that I will schedule. Then a couple days later he starts calling. Calling every other day or so asking if I had heard from my lender yet. Annoying. Then came the thing that made me write this review: This evening we had a knock at the door. It was another technician at the door, with his card saying, “The tech who inspected this house said I should come over because this house is infested with termites and needs to be treated. He said he will have to write it up in the report that way.” Okay how come the tech told my realtor everything is fine. How come I already have said report in my possession that says there is no visible infestation?” Was he trying to blackmail me into buying the treatment?! I’m furious that lies we’re told. The tech has tried to rip me off. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. If I do so happen to need treatment on the home in order for the loan to go through so he it. I just won’t be having Phillips do it.

After speaking with a gentleman there regarding their service and receiving their quote, I called back approximately 3 weeks later to schedule. I spoke with the same gentleman who said he never spoke to me and said he didn’t have notes of speaking with me. Initially I was given a quote and when I called to schedule the gentleman said although he didn’t know who I spoke to that they would have to honor the quote I was given. I know factually I spoke with the same gentleman not only because I recognized his voice but because both phone calls he was so indecisive. After the secretary called to schedule she called back a few minutes later to say they couldn’t do it because they couldn’t find the notes where I had spoken with him. They acted as if I was trying to pull something over on them and said I could’ve called someone else. They were the only one I called. Bottom line is they didn’t want to do it for what I was initially quoted and were trying to hack up the price. I see why they are rated a 1.5 on google. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

I haven’t had any issues with them, we’ve been using this service since December. Our situation is taken care of. Typically they call and let me know when someone’s going to be in area. Ballard is normally the one that services is.

Don’t miss a payment. They’ll take it straight to the magistrate. Crooks is what they are, call orkin. They are so much more professional than these creeps
