Scam company. They say they have locations in Lewisburg and all over. I call in she says she has calls centers everywhere, I ask if there is an actual physical location in my town as they claim. She hung up! THEY DO NOT HAVE LOCATIONS WHERE THEY SAY. I already reported to Google. They have a quick pay now link. Their reviews from all over they claim to service are horrible. Don't give these people your money!

Recently I called Phillips to come out to do an inspection on a house I’m buying. They do the inspection and tell my realtor everything looks great. Then I get the report. No infestations in the accessible areas. There were inaccessble areas according to the report which means the crawl space underneath. The man who has worked on this house knows it inside and out.
