They sprayed my home and literally sprayed my dog without my consent to spray my home. They had the wrong address but regardless they SPRAYED MY PET IN THE FACE WITH PESTICIDES. I have it all on video and will be complaining further to the company..

UPDATE they wanted me to sign a contract before answering any questions

Polite and professional. The guy they sent out to give the estimate made me feel comfortable having a man in my home when I was alone. Overall, no complaints. They were beat out by Terminix because I could get whole home pest control and make monthly payments. Otherwise, their services were reasonably priced from my research.

Been onboard with Orkin for years now and have never had any problems with their services. They always call me the day ahead of time and Mike is always on time. Never had a bug problem and he makes sure to that it stays way.

I feel they try to pressure people into a contract without knowing for sure what the issue is. Could easily persuade an elderly person to pay for unnecessary service. No elderly person that lives alone could possibly do all the prep work alone.

Called 3 times. 3 times they said they would call back. Never did

Everything was good

1st apt was 4 hours late tech running behind had to put a full day on hold for them to show up for an apt they never called to let us know we called several times never got a response back then finally had to call the company to see what was going on. 2nd apt susposed to show up at our home at 8 am called the guy on the card didnt answer his phone and its 2 hours now past this 2nd apt time. Running a business you should arrive on time and stay in contact with customers on apt days if your going to be late, call them make some sort of communication alot of customers have jobs to do as well. I find it disrespectful for the price we pay your company to make a customer put a full day on hold. If you cant arrive in a 15 min span of time from an apt time you shouldn't have a bussiness to begin with. If I could give no stars I would.

My wife tried to contact you by e-mail and text several times but never got response.

While I had doubts because the roaches didn't seem to be leaving fast or at all, the treatments did indeed work so all in all good service although you might have to tell your exterminator to use at least half the bottle even if HE feels it isn't needed. You are paying for it after all.

I'm not happy with my services u haven't been here since June and the pest is getting worse. I need the services I'm paying for.

We called Orkin in due to a pest problem in our business. They have visited us 4 times and have done great each visit. This is now a routine maintenance for us. Thanks Orkin!

Super quick and efficient

Very courteous and professional. Pulled no punches with the situation at hand and with a treatment regimen. Very well pleased and I highly recommend this company.

Orkin came out quickly when I first called. They sprayed inside and I think outside. I didn't go it with him. It was raining so I don't know if that made a difference or not. He sat a couple mouse traps. A few days later I called again about the mouse issue. They came the same day and set some traps and we still have the mouse. We still have lots of ants, spiders and other 4 legged bugs. The lady told me it was because there was a mountain dew can on the patio table out front. Don't sure if the can bright the ants to the back patio or not. Than there was a very large brown spider with a large web outside the dining room window. I took pictures and attached then to the text message they sent me about leaving this review because the message said to text them if I had any questions. So I attached the pictures and told them about this spider. Not one word back from them. I wasn't going to do this review until I heard back from them. But decided to go ahead and leave a review....I have said all to say I am NOT at all pleased with Orkin's service.
