I had Dotson come out for a free estimate. We discussed a possible problem with termites and powder post beetles. I was told I had termites for sure and possibly powder post beetles. One treatment that was discussed for the beetles would cost over $4,000. Another treatment would involve spraying on the inside of my old cabin. I want to give your kind inspector, Austin York, a good review! This was the first time that he's been to my residence for a termite inspection but was very polite and attentive! He patiently listened to concerns that I had and seemed to genuinely care, which was appreciated. Austin even informed me that my cat had gotten in the crawl space under my mobile home and I was so thankful to be told that. May the Lord keep him and all of your inspectors safe and healthy.​

I had set up an appointment about a week in advance. The day of said appointment, the exterminator was a no show, wouldnt answer my multiple calls or corporates calls. I never got a call back or an explanation. Corporate did inform that they couldnt even reschedule me with a different exterminator because this was the only one available in the Parkersburg/Marietta/Belpre area.
