They are always quick to come check our house out anytime we have a concern. The young man who typically works with us is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind.

I needed urgent attention to multiple yellow jacket and hornet nests. Called TriState. Lindsay was very helpful and kind to schedule an appointment. She kept me up to date on timing, etc. Mike was great! He was professional, explained the process, answered all my questions. He had multiple jobs to do, but was not rushed. We had a significant ant problem so we called Tri State. Mike quickly determined we had carpenter ants and immediately started treatment that day. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend calling Tri State for your pest needs.

Management is nice, they came out to my trailer in a timely manner, I didn't even know they was outside until they called me, said they would be back in a week but unfortunately it's been almost 3 weeks and no one has came back yet. So I will have to finish the wasp nest myself I guess.

Mike came out to our house to check for carpenter ants and termites-- and was amazing! He is extremely personal, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. My landlord hired them. After 26 days of seeing no result I contacted orkin and saw a difference in 24 hours. When the guy showed up for a rechecked found out that I had orkin service he went off . Started yelling how it was against the law and that I broke my contract. I never signed a contract with them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not only did their product didnt do anything but that guy was extremely rude.

Found mice infestation in our new home. Had tri state come for general bug spraying, assistance with stink bug extermination, and to exterminate mice. They set traps and we signed up for their every 3 month service. Or so we thought. Now it’s three months later and we call to schedule a follow up visit, only to be told we were never on their radar. They agreed to bring the paperwork to our appointment. The appointment time they offered was during our child’s naptime, and this is problematic as the prior owners put an attic entrance in a bedroom that is now our son’s. We made the appointment time earlier in the morning. The day of the appointment comes and no one arrives. We call and after waiting on hold for several minutes, are told we were scheduled for later that day, during our child’s nap. This lack of professionalism means we will cease to do business with them and would not recommend them to anyone. Furthermore, we have noticed no change in the appearance of stink bugs, leading us to conclude they provided no service in that regard.

We have used Tri State for several years and they have been excellent throughout. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I had the exterior of my home treated right after the pandemic started in 2020. I did not feel comfortable having the technician in my home, so he told me that he'd do half the service and then schedule to come back for the other half. The treatment didn't get rid of my carpenter ants so I went with over-the-counter stuff from Lowes (which worked wonders quickly) and never scheduled with them. Tri State didn't send an invoice or contact me for over a year, and then when I got the invoice it was for the entire service. Over the course of another year, I repeatedly got put in cycles of calling, emailing, or texting about the invoice problem and being told "the owner will get back to you". When I finally was able to state my case, they said the technician would have said gone over the service during the visit and they'd be unable to amend the invoice. I had already noted to them that the technician indicated that they were not providing the full service and my invoice even says "treated exterior only", but they refused to change the invoice which is billed for a full service. In short, just buy the stuff from Lowes and save yourself money and two years worth of pointless phone calls, emails, and texts to peacefully resolve a simple issue.

Tri-State did a termite treatment for our new home. They were great about keeping in contact during an extended stretch of cold weather (which delayed the job) and were very professional and prompt on the day of the job. Great service, highly recommended!

Tri state did a thorough inspection following up on work I had done earlier this year. Although we found no continued signs of active infestation they were thorough and helpful. Alex, the tech, took his time answering some follow-up questions.

Had a consistent issue until Alex came and spent a good bit of time researching possible sources and treating them. He immediately fixed our issues and even showed up 2 weeks later to see if the problem existed. Well done.

We had the pleasure of meeting one of their pros! He was super nice and went out of his way to investigate a certain "foreign grain beetle" for us! He came on a Friday evening and took some beetles with him in a sip lock bag. Furthermore, he told us that their Entomologist would look at them under the scope, and he would get back with us first thing Monday morning. He did exactly that. I highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic Service, somehow managed to get myself Roaches (The nasty German Variety, Yuck!) and had Tri State Extermination come in to identify the problem and treat. A few days after the initial spray and baiting the numbers seem to be on the decline. The team at Tri State have been very helpful during this stressful time. Couldn't recommend them enough.
