We offered you 2 alternative appointment times within 24 hours of the appointment that you had originally tried to schedule. I was disappointed with their rodent and wildlife exclusionary services. I live in the woods and had a small rodent issue and was given options for position / bait trap rentals and that was it. It just seemed like a waste of money. Why would I rent your traps when I could just buy my own. Plus it doesn't address the root cause, how is the wildlife getting into my shed / house etc.

The rodent control bait stations and chemical inside are not able to be bought over the counter without holding a state pest license.
