Outstanding annual tech services!

Roy, with HomeTeam Pest Defense, has been treating our cabin in the woods for 10 years now. I can't say enough about Roy and this company. I have Roy's contact info. I can text him night or day. He responds quickly and comes back on site repeatedly at no extra charge to take care of bees. Mice stink bugs. You name it. Great company!!

Good efficient service. Spray insecticide to keep pests ( ants, spiders, crickets, centerpieces) away fromhome. Checked termite traps.

Service technician was very pleasant explaining what he was scheduled to do. Did a nice job spraying around the exterior of the home, including shrubs.

Carlos did an outdoor treatment on my house. He used the spider brush to clean all the webs and did a thorough job. Extremely happy with the service.

We were with HomeTeam Pest Defense for over 10 years, but our loyalty clearly meant nothing. They raised our price by over 10% each year for two years in a row, with no attempt to keep rates reasonable for long-term customers. When we expressed concern, the representative showed no interest in retaining us. Very disappointing customer service after a decade of business. We decided to leave and would caution others to closely watch their pricing.

Have used "Home Team Pest Defense" services for years. Whenever I had an issue with pests, they were expedient in sending a tech to rid of them! Prompt, courteous and professional.

Our technician is wonderful and dependable. We have had HTP for several years and they have kept the ants under control. Whenever extra treatment needed TJ is right her to provide wonderful customer service

Horrible. They harassed me when I tried to cancel (our house is full of bugs). They accused me of not caring about my house, of owing money (which was not true and I have the paperwork to prove it), etc. They use bullying and scare tactics. Horrible. Unprofessional

I ask the tech if he could do a perimeter spray while he was here and he said I’d have to call back and make an appointment for that.

Would like a heads up call. They just show up. Good thing someone is home most days.

We've had HTPD for a number of years and the customer service has declined. The billing process is a bit clunky and it would be nice if the same service tech came to provide the service more than once. Initially, we had the same person for several years and over the past 2 years or so I dont think the same person has come more than 2x in a row. This makes it challenging to introduce the dog to someone new not to mention make sure they know where all the bait stations are located. Overall, not dissatisfied....but we experienced better service from them in the past.

Communication is poor. When no one showed up for set appointments I had to call them and see what was up. They could not get the billing right on our several accounts. Techs were nice and knowledgeable.
