We are worried about yellow jackets in our home. We have a small child and dog, and so this has been especially concerning for us. This company has been a pleasure to work with - they went above and beyond for us. Extremely responsive, timely, and thoughtful in their approach. They took the time to walk us through options and services, and educated us on what to look for.

I contacted them after reading the positive reviews. Basically that they were reasonable on the prices, and that they was. I found I had bed bugs. I contacted them, they were quick to come in midst of lockdown. Which I was grateful. They gave me fair price and offered me payment plan, half then half in 2 weeks when they came back. I paid all the 1st visit, probably a bad mistake looking back. Its been 30 days they said they'd come-back in 2 weeks spray again in case there were eggs. I first sent email that was 10 days ago off their website, there was no reply. Then I called and spoke with someone 5 days ago, they said they'd call me later that evening..I have heard nothing back. So 2 days ago left message. Called again this morning because I am still getting bites, and would like them to do as they said they would. The call went to voice-mail, so I will see? If they come and do the 2nd treatment I will update my review. Otherwise, be cautious if it's a 2 step process. It is alot of money to do the treatment anyways but if like they said there was eggs. It was money down the drain. *Update tgey never came for the 2nd treatment. Its been 8 months and still getting bites but here I am paying someone else double the price. However, they come back 3x, its a gaurantee ( I will get in contract) 90 days. So dont waste your money, they are cheaper but your basically throwing your money away. You will be calling someone else later.

Had a problem with an infestation. They were extremely professional and timely. Explained everything I'd need to know about the products they used and timeframes on them. Bug problem solved and the company is a pleasure to deal with.

The technician is really nice and actually shows up on time. We have a mouse problem and Exterm-Tek has helped us way more than the last pest control company did. The last company stopped by once a month and was here for three minutes. The tech with Exterm-Tek actually spends time with us to ask about any new developments and he adjusts the program but not the price. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Had a big, bad, bed bug problem. 2 Story house and lots of space. Professional and corteous, prompt and efficient. Would recommend for any pest problem. Very educated on the process and chemicals, and a fair price to boot.

The prices here are substantially lower than any of the other providers in the area. You can save 30-40% or more on a standard bed bug service. The service is outstanding, as is the customer service delivered by the company. I highly recommend this company for any pest control need you may have!
