I contacted them after reading the positive reviews. Basically that they were reasonable on the prices, and that they was. I found I had bed bugs. I contacted them, they were quick to come in midst of lockdown. Which I was grateful. They gave me fair price and offered me payment plan, half then half in 2 weeks when they came back. I paid all the 1st visit, probably a bad mistake looking back. Its been 30 days they said they'd come-back in 2 weeks spray again in case there were eggs. I first sent
I had gone through 2 whole house fumigation in 8 months. I moved immediately after second fumigation and still had bugs. I had bought new furniture twice in 9 months. I used a different local exterminator for fumigation. I called standard up and Alan sprayed my house twice and it’s been a week since last spray and NO BUGS!!! These bugs will bankrupt you and ruin your life. CALL STANDARD FIRST. Honest and professional did I mention much more affordable! 5 stars from me. Thank you Alan!
The technician is really nice and actually shows up on time. We have a mouse problem and Exterm-Tek has helped us way more than the last pest control company did. The last company stopped by once a month and was here for three minutes. The tech with Exterm-Tek actually spends time with us to ask about any new developments and he adjusts the program but not the price. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

We are worried about yellow jackets in our home. We have a small child and dog, and so this has been especially concerning for us. This company has been a pleasure to work with - they went above and beyond for us. Extremely responsive, timely, and thoughtful in their approach. They took the time to walk us through options and services, and educated us on what to look for.
