Pest Bros

I have been using their services for the past few months. At first, everything was great, so we agreed to continue using their service on a monthly basis. Unfortunately, the quality of their service has declined significantly over the past few months, and it is no longer delivering the results we were promised. What disappointed me even more was their customer service. I called to discuss the issues we were experiencing, and they promised to call me back. However, they never did, and I ended up having to follow up with them myself just to get an answer. We genuinely wanted to build a long-term working relationship with this company, but their poor customer service and declining quality left us with no choice but to cancel. The most unbelievable part was that they suggested I should come and supervise them while they were doing the work. That's simply ridiculous. Monitoring their staff is their responsibility, not the customer's.

We had the pleasure to meet Randall Parker at the onset of starting with Pest Bros over a year ago. Randall is a working owner of Pest Bros and a solid technician. Randall is now our technician. We are happy to be working with him. We walked our property to review my concerns, issues, and path forward with best practices from Pest Bros. Randall treated our interior and exterior and told us to not hesitate to call him or the office if we run into any issues. My wife and I feel we get excellent support field and office from Pest Bros and look forward to them servicing our house again next quarter.

Randall at Pest Bros was excellent. Took care of all my bug needs. Great company.
