Eco Pest

Thank you Jesse for your honesty. Someone told us to consider installing termite preventative for our home, so I called Eco Pest for a quote. Jesse explained what we actually need and what we don't really need. This was refreshing to hear compared to other companies. Because of this, I will keep them in mind for future needs, and I highly recommend them to others.

Concerned we had termites, we received a quote for services from a national company. Then Eco Pest came by. "Save your money. You don't have an infestation." They went on to show me what to look for, where, and *why* those locations were the highest risk. They also educated me on the types of preventative services, their efficacy, and when they are most worth considering. I've had other local companies before earn my trust by being honest in an industry filled with poor ethics. That earns loyalty. I see no reason I would look elsewhere than calling Eco Pest when I actually need to in the future.

Other than being bothered after getting out of my car at 9 PM with "Alex" begging me to sign up. I had just gotten off work and told him numerous times I was tired but he still insisted. Nothing like working 8 hours on your feet with my lunch bag in hand and being expected to automatically sign up.🤬

Wow! What a refreshing experience I had with Eco Pest. Bought a house in Houston recently and discovered termites. Gave Eco Pest a call and Jesse came by for a free inspection the following day. He was professional, kind, and very honest. He quoted a beyond fair price. Super impressed. Thank you for the 5 star service. Good people do still exist.

This company’s customer service in in the Philippians and a PAIN to work with. I’ve held on the phone for over an hour trying to cancel and they continued to tell me they were transferring me to “someone stateside” but the next person that would pick up the phone would say they’re not in the US but “associated with the US”. I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s definitely giving SCAM vibes.

We have had the same technician for many years! He is very thorough and efficient! He always has a smile snd is happy to be helping us. I highly recommend EcoPest! It is earth and pet friendly too!

Love these guys! They took care of all our fire ants in the yard, and they're timely with their quarterly spray schedules, and their team is super nice and helpful. Thanks Eugene!

Called to see about having a property I'm purchasing treated for termites. Person who answered the phone either was busy or didn't want the business. Was told it should be the seller's problem and or why do I think there's a problem? I guess this company doesn't really need the business.

Lawrence has been doing my dads house since I was around 7 yo and now I got him out at my home years later and he did an outstanding job for an amazing price!! Thank you EcoPest

These guys were amazing! We had a serious formosan termite infestation. I had 3 other companies come and inspect, and Eco-Pest was the most knowledgeable and recommended the most appropriate and cost effective treatment. They did a better job than the other companies would have done based on the treatment recommendations and Eco-Pest’s work, and they were far more affordable. And when I say far more, I mean it! I was quoted between $1,500 to $8,000 from the other three companies, and Eco-Pest only charged me several hundred. Because they are a smaller family owned company, they don’t have as much overhead and can charge significantly less as a result. The other companies were clearly trying to upsell me expensive extra services that were not needed using scare tactics, but Eco-Pest clearly had my best interests first in mind instead of its own interests. They clearly are a customer first company. Jesse and Viktor did an amazing job, and were very friendly. Excellent customer service! I would recommend them to anyone for termite treatments, and I am sure their other services are great too. I look forward to using them for all of my pest control needs in the future.

Eco Pest is extremely knowledgeable and gives you a no-BS analysis. While Terminix and other competitors try scare tactics to get you to buy their inflated and possibly unnecessary services, this company is reasonable and level headed. They should be your first call if you have any termite concerned!

We had our first service with eco pest today it was quite possibly the best customer service I’ve had in years. I was running behind this morning so I was caught off guard by the arrival of the technician (named Anthony), but he was incredibly patient with me. Though I took my dog to another house down the street, he told me she would have been no issue at all, and he made sure to assure me that she will not be affected by the solution he sprayed in and out of the house. He told me he used his smaller sprayer on the outside of the house because of all the plants I had in my garden, and that amount of consideration is top tier in my book. I was also so pleased to find that he was very precise with where he sprayed inside the house and I’m am so grateful for that. This was a very, very pleasant experience.

The salesman was kind and told me I was paying extra money upfront so if I wanted to cancel contract I could. The first person to treat our property did a good job. He took his time removing webs, checking for wasp nests, etc. Now after terrible communication with company for appointments and terrible services since September 2024, I am done and now company says I can’t cancel. We have 2 homes and about 1.2 acres. When they treat our property now they are on the property for less than 10 mins. The ants have only gotten worse, we have had to treat wasp nests and webs and our pets have fleas (before moving here we had been flea free for 5 years). I kept hoping it would get better. I am so frustrated right now and tired of companies not doing the right thing.

Been with them for years. If you report a pest shortly after a spraying they will come a second time no cost

This place is terrible I live in 51 ten town homes and I have a video of there pest control guy coming in to leave one of those green cards and he left right back out of my house and this is not the first time they have done this, this keeps happening and now it’s getting frustrating I would like to report this as many times as I can… this company wears green shirts and left this green note but did nothing at all

This company is top tier, if you are looking for amazing service, attention to detail and the kind of hospitality you get from family this is the company for you. They really make you feel like your apart of theirs. I can't say enough about them and Tim our tech AND it's owners. Family owned and run and they really go above and beyond to ensure your pests are controlled. The owners spend time and lots of money to ensure they have the very best chemicals to treat ALL your pest needs and make it safe for your family. They are incredibly understanding financially as well. It's just the absolute best.

Wow!! Jesse came out to the house for a termite inspection. This company is so honest! Yes honest...they do still exist! He did a very thorough job, no termites just fluke bugs. I would highly reccomend them to anyone for pest.
