I was very happy with the service that cross country provided.. Jason was their man that they sent out to us and we were very pleased with his work. He was very thorough in his service and very careful with our animals and anything else concerned. Though their product is safe he still wanted to be on the safe side. I will always ask for Jason to come out and treat our place as I know he does a good job. Thank you cross country for your service. Also what I appreciate about cross country is that they are a Christian service and they leave a beautiful scripture when I call their company . Is very encouraging and inspiring. Have used the company on semi-regular basis. This last time was really disappointing. After the yard was sprayed it seemed like it dried really fast. The backyard and part of the front was dry. I asked and asked a second time if the grass was completely sprayed. The tech said yes, no doubt. So I went with it because I've never had issues b4 and it was starting to warm up. However, that afternoon and the next day my wife pointed out all the ants crawling around. So I played back video footage and was I mad. Most of our grass was never sprayed. Be cautious and watch if they spray everything

No notification for rate increases. You just have to pay what they charge after the treatment. Always ask before they come over to treat the problem no matter how long you have used them. The prices have gone up substantially.
