The service from these guys was hands down the best. Very informative and helpful. Very friendly and prices were way better than other companies I had priced before. Thank you Carter Pest Control for being the best to get rid of my pests!

Had them for several years. Tech was always very nice, office responsive. Unfortunately, we continued to live w bugs. My biggest hang up is that they didn’t guarantee their work like other companies do for exterior quarterly pest service, so I ended up having to pay for a few interior treatments and they did some free of charge as well. Wish them the best but it ultimately wasn’t effective for us.

Their quarterly spray service is very affordable and exactly what we need to keep bugs out of the house. They are more than willing to answer any pest-related questions and give advice. I can’t recommend them enough for any Plano-area pest control needs.

Causes damage to flooring and then acts like it's not their problem or liability. Would never hire someone that's going to come into my home and wreck my house and not pay to fix it.

We've never had bugs and when we saw a couple, my wife freaked out - called Carter Pest Control, Mario arrived exactly on time as scheduled and made sure he understood everything we needed, treated the house inside and out. We've not seen a single bug since he left!!
