Safeway Exterminating

I live in an apartment complex and had previous issues with roaches. Today two of the nicest gentleman came to my apartment and they were wonderful!! I forgot their names but they truly know good customer service!!

They were supposed to have come October. Never showed up. We tried to contact several times since, no one answered or called us back. Very hard to get a hold of. Once the new build "contract" was up, they just stopped showing up and did not let us know that that was happening or tried to keep our business. Hard to recommend with this type of customer service.

After a slab leak, I struggled with a severe German roach infestation that persisted despite multiple over-the-counter treatments. Safeway Pest Control was professional, transparent, and effectively eliminated the problem with a single treatment. Their team, both over the phone and in person, provided clear, helpful information. I’m incredibly grateful for their service, as my home is now pest-free.

Reagan is the best! We were having a wasp problem in our house and he was able to get out to our house quickly and take care of my wasp problem, as well as spray for the 🐞🐜🕷 inside and out! He even talked with us after hours to get a game plan for us! Very resonably priced.💰💰 They also spray your yard for mosquitos 🦟🦟! How often do you know an owner of a company that will come out and take care of the dirty work! They also did a fantastic job on a recent referral termite situation! Beat other local termite quotes by BIG! If you have any sort of bug issue-give Safeway Exterminating a call! They are absolutly fantastic!

Safeway Exterminating has gone above and beyond my expectations.. I have used other companies In the past but I have to admit, Safeway Extermination was Friendly, prompt, well educated and reasonably priced. The Manager, Marcie, was always making sure we were satisfied and always followed up to check in. I give them 10 stars. :)

Safeway has taken care of my extermination needs since 2015. I have never had issues with insects in my house. I also take advantage of their annual ant treatment that guarantees no ant mounds for the whole year. If you happen to find a mound of ants they will come take care of it free of charge. Ask for Reagan and tell him I sent you!!!
