I hate to post this because we've done business with Pestco for almost 7 years. We never had any real issues with Pestco until a couple of months ago when our dog was poisoned by eating the rat poison from their bait trap in the yard. She began acting sick one weekend and coughing up blood, so we took her to the vet, then had to send her to the emergency vet in Lake Charles with an overnight stay. Our total bill was nearly $2000 and she nearly died. The vet confirmed that she ingested rat poison. When we brought it to the owners' attention that the only source of the poison was their bait trap in our flower bed, they denied it but agreed to pay us less than half of the cost in installments after multiple calls and emails. In the interest of staying with a local business that we had had such a great relationship in the past, we agreed to the payment but asked for a single check. They agreed to it, but then only sent a check for a portion of it. I called after receiving it, and the owner said he would send another check for the full amount, but still didn't send the full amount. I'm still waiting for the final payment. I obviously valued our relationship more than they did. The reason our dog was able to ingest the poison was because the box was unlocked and we found it opened with no scratches or bite marks suggesting that our dog did not have to even try to open it. I've attached pictures the way it was found and we're fortunate our other dog didn't get into it. Supposedly, these boxes are locked at all times and tamper proof, but this wasn't our experience.

The staff at Pestco delivers exceptional service. They are always polite to our Edison Square participants.

I live in an apartment complex in orange and these guys came into my apartment for 15 minutes and apparently did 4 different kinds of treatment for bedbugs, this was only a few days ago and yet I still have an infestation and will have to get rid of basically everything I own

After using a different service to spray for ants, they returned relatively quickly, and when I contacted the tech regarding the issue, he wouldn't return my numerous messages. So I reached out to Pestco Pro. I spoke to a rep who was very knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. A tech promptly came out and spoke with me further, and again, was very patient with all of my questions. He was polite, thorough and professional. He found ant activity outside that the first tech had missed. This time, the ants have not returned. The entire experience with Pestco Pro was top notch and I highly recommend them.

I can't speak enough Good about this company! These guys were on time, very profesional, and very friendly. Not to mention it didn't break the bank. Very reasonable on their prices as well. I will definitely be using them again.
