Their office staff was surprisingly helpful when I had to move my appointment twice because of work. The technician who arrived later was polite, wore shoe covers inside, and explained each step before spraying. The ant problem around our pantry has completely cleared up since the treatment.

Red is the best! He does all of the work himself and is always honest. He is extremely thorough and passionate about his work. He really knows his stuff! We switched to Red after a poor experience with a large pest control company. Red was able to resolve our squirrel issue in just a few days. We ended up switching our pest control services to him entirely, and we’ve been very happy for a year now 😁 Red also helped my mom get rid of a family of VERY stubborn raccoons. Red came and assessed my daunting situation by climbing on the roof, walking through the house, climbing in the attic, taking pictures, walking the property, sharing his knowledge and expertise and helping me come up with a plan quickly! We used Red's after we heard a rodent in our walls... He came out quickly and ready to provide solutions! After he inspected the house, traps were set, access points were sealed up, and the rodents were gone!! Throughout the visits, Red was great with communication, showing up on time, and informing me of exactly what was going on with these critters and my home. I'm glad I called him first, and I will gladly reach out to him again if any more creatures try to move in.

We recently had the pleasure of meeting Dave, the owner of Red's Pest Control. We had a swarm of what we thought was bees, so called Dave after seeing a post on NextDoor about a neighbor with a similar problem. He came out right away, used his vast network of experienced pest control contacts and identified the swarm as a species of small southern yellowjackets, all at no charge. He has since returned, eradicated the swarm, removed the nest, and saved the woodpile they had made into their home. He was timely, professional and extremely informative! His prices are very fair and we are more than happy to support a small local business! Will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him!
