Barrett pest control has canceled service on my manager multiple times without notifying us. My manager has wasted hours waiting for them at the property. We have urgent pest control issues we advise them of for a rehab and sale of my property. They we're advised how important the services for the rehab and sale of my property. I would NEVER recommend Barrett Pest Control. When I first called, I asked for a VERY specific service. The customer rep assured me it was noted and the tech would come prepared. When the tech arrived, he was completely clueless about our issue and didn’t have the right tools or chemicals to treat it. Instead, he told me to pack up my dogs and child so he could “just do basic pest control” (not what we needed). He was also supposed to spray our half-acre exterior — but thanks to our security ca
