Steven was a great inspector. He worked very quickly throughout the house and inspected multiple items and found some good things that needed to be fixed. He sent the report even before he left and inspected the entire house in about an hour. Termite inspection included is great for peace of mind.

Steve was thorough and descriptive. We moved from out of state and we're unable to be present for the inspection but the report Steve generated for us was great, very descriptive. He called us afterwards and went over every single line item in more detail. Strongly recommend!
