Texas Best Pest & Termite Management

They were a no show with zero communication even 3 1/2 hours after their scheduled appointment time. After taking time off the previous week with another pest control company who did the same, this was highly frustrating. It's a simple professional courtesy to give a call or send a message that you will not make it at your scheduled time. I've wasted another one of my few remaining vacation/sick days this year because of a company that can't be trusted to provide the most basic customer service. If you are thinking of using this company, I wouldn't trust all of the positive reviews in the world - If you can't trust them with the basic things, I definitely wouldn't trust the quality of their services.

Pros: Thomas went out of his way to come to our home inspection and penciled us in at the last minute. He completed the interior inspection (on a Thursday) so our realtor wouldn't have to drive back out. He stated he would come back the following day (Friday) to complete the exterior. Cons: He did not go the following day to complete the exterior. He stated he was busy and would go Saturday. I told him it was okay, we just needed the report before Monday. Well, he didn't go Saturday. He finally went on Sunday afternoon and then Sunday evening, he told us he needed the graphs to complete the report (had we known before, we would have sent it earlier). He said he had been busy and would give us the report by 9am Monday morning. All of Monday morning went by and nothing. We called and he wouldn't answer. When the report was requested by our realtor, I called twice and he didn't answer. I left a voicemail then I texted him. He finally responded that he was busy and would give it to me Monday afternoon. After my husband told him he was going to go to his office and personally pick up the report, he finally sent it. I had a really good feeling at first and I really appreciated him fitting us in at the last minute but everything after that point was not professional at all. I would have appreciated better communication or at least a call back.

They say it’s a 30 day Warrenty and it’s not!!!!!! I literally called before my Warrenty was up and was asked to pay another 75 bucks!!!!! Please do not use this company. We still Experienced the problem and they were not willing to accommodate. Please just use another company.

Thomas did a great job of explaining what he was doing and the best way to keep my home bug free. He came back to do follow-up extermination free of charge. I will use definitely use them for my future pest control needs.

If looking for an honest, professional pest control company, look no more you’ve found the one. Gave Texas Best Pest & Termite Management a try and didn’t disappoint. I called for service on a Friday and was flexible with scheduling. He was able to see me same day after 4:30pm. While on the phone with Thomas, I explained to him what I had and he was professional and knowledgeable explaining my options. Not only was he honest, but gave me pricing upfront. Once he arrived to my residence, he introduced himself, walked the home, went over the game plan with me, and got to work. Once done, Thomas was open to any questions I had and was able to provide an answer to each one of them. I will definitely be using them in the future for all pest control needs, and recommend to family and friends that need the services. Oh, did I forget to mention that it is a local small business, for those that love to shop small. Call them for your pest needs, you won’t be disappointed.

Customer service has not declined since day 1 and has been very professional. Technician comes in for repetitive service and treats us with concern to any and all issues occurring. Thomas was the technician who came to do a preventive service to our new home before we move in. He was friendly and explain in detail what he was going to be doing...not to mention he was very flexible with his schedule, he came on a Saturday afternoon :) . So far I havent had any problems and im enjoying my new home. Oh almost forgot...they are also really cheap compare to other pest control companies!

This by far is the best Exterminator company I have ever dealt with This guys showed up on time explained everything before they started including the price and did a great job with great service I will definitely recommend them and use them regularly.................................
