When my daughter text me that her head was itchy I IMMEDIATELY drove to Sugar Land to inspect (divorced parents, split households) her beautiful little scalp. Sure enough. Nits. Having dealt with lice years before, I knew the nightmare that was about to unfold. We’d buy the kits, wash all the things, sterilize, clean, comb, panic, cry when you find yet another nit, pray, and then start again. It was a vicious cycle. After a long, tiresome fight, we eventually took our daughter to Lice Clinics of America where we met Ally. Oh Ally. Ally is a unicorn. She is a funny, kind, compassionate, informative, patient little unicorn. She immediately assured me that she was going to save the day. One hour. That's all it took. She rid my daughter of the little squatters that refused to vacate her scalp. Rather than the tugging, picking, crying, cursing, panicky experience my daughter had to go through with her mama at home, she was able to watch her show and sit pretty. So this time around I decided to skip the panic and go straight to Lice Clinics of America. Ally welcomed us back with open arms and the technician, Michelle, worked her magic. Once again, they saved us. I decided to go in and get checked myself so as not to pass it back and forth. Ally gently combed through every section of hair and confirmed I was lice free! I get back home and when my kiddos arrive from Their dad’s house decide to look through my son’s hair. Nits. Not many, and VERY hard to see but they’re there. So panic creeps back in to my mind because I just made sure my daughter and I were clear, got her the treatment SHE needed and washed all the sheets. I joked with Ally about turning her phone off and enjoying her weekend, but lucky for ME, she didn’t. She not only responded to my pain texts but she and her husband went out of their way to treat my son that same evening. They even checked my husband as well to ease my mind. I ended up walking out of their store with half their products it seemed, not because they were pushy by any means. But because through casual conversation they informed us how we can have peace of mind, and even maybe hair that smells of cupcakes! Ally and Jake took the time to educate my kids and husband and myself so that the “ew” and “scare” factors were removed. If (when) your loved one gets lice, skip the headache and go see Ally and Jake. You will not be sorry! 🙌🏻

Ally was great! When we discovered one of our kiddos had lice we panic called the clinic and Ally spent several hours via text, walking us through what to do. Her knowledge helped calm us down and get us through the issue with ease. Can't thank her enough!!

Ally is the most amazing woman! The immediate response to my late night, panic appointment request was the only reason I slept at all. Walking into her beautiful, clean, comfortable office was the first weight lifted off my shoulders. From there, her ability to calm my nerves and be so welcoming, reassuring and understanding was unbelievable. She walked me through every single aspect of the treatment, educating and teaching me. Her knowledge and ability to explain everything was unmatched and erased so many fears I previously had fr misinformation. I will never hesitate to take myself or child to her when in question.

Service was great! Very informative and quick. Ally was very responsive to all concerns and prompt to answer all questions. It was hard to admit we had to use this place but everything but sure glad a place like this exists!

Ally was a god sent, she made me feel more at ease, waited for me to send her pics and give her info on what I saw & gave me advice on what to do next. She went above and beyond and I am just so grateful to her.

Ally and her team helped us turn what I was terrified of dealing with into a quick and manageable process. While our kids are school aged I feel the membership is extremely beneficial!

I wanted to share my experience because I feel like this is not an easy subject to speak of… I have really REALLY long hair, and I really didn’t want to cut it much less go through it to look for any lice!! On top of that I was embarrassed to tell anyone I may have lice… when I called this place, I did it at about 2am hoping no one would answer and that way I’d have a reason to tell my self I should put mayo on my hair or go buy a kit for lice… but Ally answered me back, and thank god she did, because she was the sweetest person I could have found to help me through this, she was extremely welcoming and made me feel so comfortable once I came into the clinic, I understood that lice is really just an annoying bug that can jump into anyone’s hair, and it’s the most common! Most normal problem in Houston! Specially for moms! Kids can bring lice and you won’t even know it! I definitely recommend this place! Ally and Jake are super awesome! Luckily I didn’t have any lice, but she made me a beautiful braid and sprayed the most clean relaxing oil I ever smelled! I left feeling relieved and clean! If you think you may have lice or maybe your kids got it and you just want to make sure I definitely advice you to get a screening at this clinic! The place is so clean! I really enjoyed my experience and I’m for sure bringing my kids every time I need to! Before school starts and definitely after school ends ^.^! And don’t be embarrassed! We can’t control bugs from hoping into our hair! But you can keep your hair clean and get it under control before you have to face an infestation! 💜 thank you Ally and Jake! 💖

Ally and Jake were amazing with my girls. They talked all three of them through each step and were very knowledgeable and kind. Ally gave me all follow up steps and made my toddler very calm and comfortable. Being a very uncomfortable topic, they were the most comforting and calming people. Thank you so much for getting my girls lice free.

This clinic is 100% THE BEST! Both my children had lice and I tried to treat with OTC Nix, but this was a failure. I reached out to this clinic and got a response and appointment the same day. Ally was SO nice and informative. Both technicians (one named Jackie and I didn't get the name of the other) were amazing. The appointment took about 2 hours and my girls, one with super long spiral curly hair, were LICE FREE when we left. My kids were happy and entertained the whole time. They call the lice clinic "the salon"!!! 😂😂😂 I love this place and would go back in a heartbeat if needed.

Ally and the whole team at both locations are amazing!!!!! What they do is litterly a miracle. Myself and children have struggled so much with live for tears and this place is the only place that has ever helped. Ally personally reaches out and checks on my children after treatment. My one child is very tender headed and they took the time and patience to not hurt her while combing. Which I had never been able to do. Ally and the whole team is so sweet and professional. I'm so thankful I found this place I will recommend anyone to go here. They are knowable and explain everything. I couldn't ask for better service. My kids are mixed and they actually knew how to not ruin my daughters hair which I really truly appreciate. I couldn't thank these people enough.

My recent visit to this lice clinic has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the standards of integrity and professionalism upheld by the establishment. Upon my arrival 29 days ago, I was alarmed to learn that the technician herself confessed to having nits and a live bug, raising immediate questions about hygiene and cleanliness practices within the clinic. Despite experiencing persistent symptoms of lice following the initial treatment, I was assured by the owner to refer to the after-treatment paperwork and dismiss any concerns. However, as my symptoms persisted even after 29 days, I reached out to the owner for a recheck. Technician still has nits and removed a live buy today…. During today's recheck, the technician displayed a reluctance to acknowledge the presence of nits in my hair. Despite my efforts to point them out and verify their appearance online, the technician initially provided inaccurate information and only relented when confronted with evidence to the contrary. Even after identifying a hatched nit under the microscope, the technician adamantly denied the presence of lice, insisting that I did not require retreatment. This refusal to acknowledge obvious evidence was deeply concerning. Especially because she rechecked my son about 9 days ago, while i was out of town and told my husband he had dry scalp- despite symptoms of lice. Upon contacting the owner, Alley, to express my concerns, I was met with a dismissive and unresponsive attitude. Despite providing detailed accounts of the technician's inconsistencies and the failure of the treatment, Alley remained steadfast in her support of the clinic's practices, her perspective of the situation (even though she was not present at the lice clinic today or previously), and refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing or offer a statisfactory resolution. Furthermore, Alley attempted to justify her stance after I suggested to end the unproductive conversation she responded by literally labeling me defensive, disregarding the validity of my concerns and experiences. This dismissal of my perspective only added to the frustration and disappointment of the situation. Alley mentioned that I didnt need a recheck, because the technician didnt find a live louse today. I informed her that my initial treatment there was not a single louse found prior to treatment either…but the discovery of a single louse came after the treatment, it was seen on the equipment. Again, used after the treatment. This further undermines the clinic's credibility and adherence to promised treatment protocols. In addition, the insistence on charging a recheck fee despite the evident failure of the initial treatment highlights the clinic's profit-driven approach, prioritizing financial gain over the well-being of its customers. Overall, my experience at this lice clinic has been profoundly unsatisfactory. The lack of honesty, accountability, and genuine concern for customers' well-being make it clear that this establishment is not a reputable or trustworthy place for lice treatment. I strongly caution others against seeking treatment here.

Literally super hero life savers! The sweetest people ever!! We were in and out in less than 2 hours, they made my daughter feel so comfortable, can’t recommend enough!

Ally is the kindest human ever. She took care of my daughter’s lice and then reassured me 3 weeks later when I brought her back in a panic (no lice, just a paranoid parent)! She went above and beyond to reassure me, so glad I found her. Hope to never have to use her services again but I’ll never go anywhere else if I do need them.

Ally and her staff are life Savers and amazing!! Quick response time late to get an appointment set up. I had texted her well actually I had called her late around 10 almost close to 11 at night she responded back on a text message letting me know what I needed and she was able to have an appointment as soon as possible by 2 PM. She recommended me to also get check myself when I went to the clinic when we got there it was a full experience my daughter loved it. She was amazed, but all the princess Disney. hairbrushes she loved it because she was like a salon getting her hair done. It was really easy getting there to the appointment and getting the whole process treatment together. I feel very comfortable and welcome. I will really recommend this place. You can also get her a call anytime she will respond back to you real quick on text message and you can ask her any questions or concerns that you have and she also will give you, a list or guide with step by step on what to do after the treatment Thank you again I really recommend this place and the prices are awesome my mommy worries and concern And my stress were gone after this treatment.

These guys are amazing. Super-sweet, got us in at short notice, and felt like we were in a spa. Definitely coming back if I ever need to again! Perfect for the kids, too. Lots of toys, a tv they can control, and it’s a real small place. Not some giant impersonal assembly line. All in all the best experience I could hope for.

Mildly panicked mom here who called on a whim after doing a self treatment of my son. My ignorant self realized after an hour that I was missing nits left and right so I gave these folks a call. Figured hubby and I also had it and wanted to go and it least get checked. These amazing folks found and successfully crashed our family lice party. Facility is spotless, staff are warm, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. They were a lifesaver! And prices are reasonable for the expertise, care but most of all the peqce of mind. No hours of combing and the worries of “what if missed some?” with those at home kits

Thank goodness that there’s places like this I have never dealt with lice and was stressing in how to deal with my kids having lice. Lice clinics of America was a walk in the park they are so invested in helping all there customers I felt embarrassed ashamed and so did my kids and they took care of us emotionally literally explained every step of the way all the questions we had were answered in the most caring way! And been available to take care of us even if it’s late at night if needed was such a relief! After taking care of us they also follow up with you to make sure we are lice free by far the best experience..! Thank you so much Ally and your team for helping us parents have a peace of mind and giving confidence back to our children letting them know that lice happens and it’s nobody’s fault…

I love this place! True life savers. Me and my daughter went to the Sugarland location and West Houston. Very clean, very knowledgeable and comfortable environment. Affordable and well worth it. I recommend this place all the time. I'm so thankful and truly grateful for Lice Clinic of America. The owner is amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly. If I could do 10 stars I would.

I had no idea places like this existed! I was so pleasantly surprised to find this location and bonus it was so close to our house. Ally and Jake were amazing with my 5 year old daughter. They were talking like they were best friends and she really felt like she was at a spa day. We also learned so much! These people genuinely love their job and helping people. They made the day fun even though lice can be a stressful. Great customer service and I would highly recommend. Bonus tip is I would ask and look up how much the services cost and see if your insurance will cover. It is not cheap but I think it is worth it to have the whole family treated together and getting lice knocked out in a day. You can use HSA/FSA too!

Ally got us in last minute, Christine took very good care of us and the kids were entertained! The space is clean and well organized. Christine was so gentle and knowledgeable! 10/10 customer service! Thank you ladies!!

The staff here are amazing!! Quick response time late on a Saturday to get an appointment set up. This was great especially when this momma was stressing after finding lice in my child's hair on the weekend. At the salon, Christine was fantastic! The whole process was so easy. She made us all feel welcome and the visit was quick. My daughter especially liked to setup like she was a salon to get her hair done. I would highly recommend Lice Clinics of America if you are having any concerns. Get setup on a plan, best thing I've ever paid for!!

My daughter and I were screened and treated at the Sugarland location. The clinic was very nice and clean. The technician was friendly and very helpful. Also, they responded to my inquiry the same day so that we could get in quickly!
