Gotcha Pest Control

Do not hire Gotcha to get rid of rats! I live in a condo that is attached to 5 other units. The HOA hired this company to seal the six units. They came out and threw poison in the main unit that was the problem and then sealed the building! They did a 3 day follow up and said the rats were gone. I have cameras in my attic and there are at least 4 rats every night and a dead one in a bedroom closet wall that smells so bad I can’t use it. I have had the carpets cleaned and a leak detection company out and all say it is a rat. I had one in my inside air conditioning unit that must have been looking for water. Marc Anthony was helpful at first and would come out a few times I called him but the company has ghosted me. I have left several messages. That is a rat tail hanging out of my inside unit after the leak detection guy closed it up. It has been a nightmare!

Mr. Claude was awesome! Lots of fun to talk to, and super transparent and efficient with the job. Handled the crazy swarm of half killer bee and half honeybee amazingly.

This company has been around for a long time. Owner is very friendly and efficient. He's been treating my home for 10 plus years now. I highly recommend.

No showed TWICE. The first time they had a technician quit last minute so I understood. They never called me why they no showed, I had to call to to them. As for this second time, I have them another chance and they no showed with no contact again. I’ve called up 2 times to follow up and no answer.
