Pure Green Pest Control

I have been with Pure Green from the day it opened! They address all my bug issues on the spot! Recently, our tech Marty came to do our quarterly service & as always it was delightful. However, I had to have him return not once but twice. He addressed the issue with a big smile. He is a very kind & humble & respectful young man. He truly goes out of his way for me. He is always professional & cheerful. A brilliant quality in a young man.

Really good except I felt like I had to always remind the to come back out or ask when they are going to come back out to check the traps. They say they’ll come back every few weeks until the pests are gone but it went a few months with traps up there until I remembered they needed to be checked and removed and then I had to reach out again. Would be 5 stars if they would just follow up like they say. Otherwise pests seem like they are gone even though the traps didn’t catch anything. I think they got out a different way or were gone when they closed everything up.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Love working with LJ, Diego, Josh, and Chris (the owner who came out on a Sunday). They’ve all been very responsive, professional, and friendly. They’ve helped with everything from squirrels in the attic, to flies and mosquitos, to general maintenance. Also very affordable. Plus, the technicians are great with pets! HIGHLY SUGGEST! VERY PROFESSIONAL and kind.

Travis did such an amazing job! He was professional, on time, and really took the time to explain everything to me. I appreciate that he uses safe, eco-friendly products so I don’t have to worry about my family or pets. He was very thorough and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend Pure Green. I originally received calls from other companies who tried to upsell me through fear, on products I didn't need. Pure Green Pest Control is very thorough, knowledgeable and didn't give me the scare tactics. My technician Sam is the best. He's customer service focused, friendly and even read my door sign and had his shoes off before I answered the door and before entering my home.

Travis came out to the house today and did an amazing job! He was very knowledgeable and used a variety of products to seal up the home. I also love that this product doesn't have a smell. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend this company!

Chris is amazing. He always goes above and beyond to help us out when we need it. He is always quick to help and fix any issues that may come up. Highly recommend them. Best pest control we have had by far!

We have only been customers for a short time, but the team has been very friendly and professional in every aspect. The team had to come back after initial visit because the ant issue wasn't solved. They came out the next day, no questions asked. We have younger children and would advise this group.

Our family was bombarded with wasps and were terrified of being stung. Brian from Pure Green came in and saved the day! Not only was he on time and very kind and understanding, he was very knowledgeable about the type of wasps and the chemicals used. Brian is great and I cant recommend him enough. I know I'm in great hands when he comes by! 5 Stars all around.
