I am very pleased with their service. They came to the house when they said they would in spite of the weather and Ian checked in with us to be sure he knew what we wanted to be done and when he had completed the job he let us know he was leaving. I appreciate all the follow up that was done also. They sent me an online receipt and I was introduced to their customer portal where I can see all my information. The whole event was a very pleasant experience.

When I explained my concern of a possible mite infestation, Jeff provided fast solutions that involved indoor and outdoor treatment. The constomer service is also worth noting as I felt heard and hopeful. Brite Pest Control's fee was very reasonable, especially since the service was provided with utmost diligence. We actually had made the decision to switch service providers from Orkin Pest Control to Brite Pest Control. Brite's 5 star rating truly reflects the quality of care you will receive with this company. I noticed a difference with just one service! Definitely an answered prayer.

I recently discovered I had a massive amount of ground beetles invading my house, garage, outside of my house...everywhere. I discovered how bad they were around 11:30 pm. I messaged Brite Pest, never expecting any reply until the morning. Boy, I was wrong. Jeff immediately texted me, discussed what he thought the bugs were, knew he could take care of the infestation and came the next day. He treated inside and out being very careful of my animals and their well being. I haven't seen many beetles since he treated the area although he said it could take a little while to eradicate most if not all of them. I can't recommend him highly enough from his immediate response to getting me taken care of within 24 hours. He knows what customer service means and he shows it in everything he does. He is such a respectful young man and sweet as can be. He is the BEST. I highly recommend him and his wonderful service.
