Gave me the information I needed, and was very professional and courteous.

Always on time, takes care of any problems that occur. Recently sold out to a larger company, but we have not seen any degradation of service.

I had a mouse and someone was sent out the next day. Staff ( I didn't catch his name) put bait in attic and I already had a few sticky traps downstairs to catch this critter. They will be putting a trap by my door next week to be sure the mouse doesn't bring friends! Fair price. Knowledgable staff.

The sign said they are hiring I called and the lady said we aren't hiring anymore. Basically take the sign down.

Highly professional representative completed an extensive investigation of the house to locate the pest. The price is very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone!

They came out and did an ant treatment. I think they must have fed them rather than try to kill them, b/c the ants multiplied after 2 days. I called them back and was told "I have to check to see if there is a warranty or guarantee and will call you back". That is the last I have heard from them and the last they will see of my business!

Had a great time talking with the people here. Not just pest control, but they're entomologists, meaning they study bugs. So that means they assess the issue then treat accordingly. Very knowledgeable.

The best and I’m not exaggerating when I say that. Their customer service is always amazing and when they say they will be out at a specific time they will be there prompt and always courteous. I have used them for forever and will continue to use them for years to come.

Couldn't ask for an easier, more convenient service. We just bought our new home, and wanted to spray just to be safe. My husband was there and had a nice talk with the tech who was very friendly and informative . We have only had problems with ants since. I took the ant in to have it identified. They gave me something right there and then to treat my home myself. Haven't seen them since.

I have used Rasberry's Pest Professionals on many occasions. My first problem was with fleas inside my home several years ago. They came out did the job and 5 weeks later the flea problem was gone. Last year I had ants, so as per the offices instructions, I brought some in to be ID. It was determined that they were Guinea Ants (which were apparently were new species to the area), they sold me a product to do myself, which took care of the problem right away. Lastly, just a few months ago, I again had a ant problem, brought them in and was told I had Rasberry Crazy Ants. They came out and took care of the problem and I understand that they will probably be back because was explained they can only be controlled. However as of right now, I haven't had any problems. We had a flea problem in the backyard. Rasberry's came out 4 times within a 5 week period and couldn't get rid of them. Finally had to use a different company and the fleas were gone the same day and have not had any problem since. Called Rasberry's for a partial refund and was told no because the work is not guaranteed on the exterior. Too many pest control company's out there, don't waste your money with Rasberry's. Negative stars if possible for this company!!!

They are professional, respectful and take the time to educate me on what the problem is and how they are going to fix it. I have referred them to numerous family members, friends and neighbors, most recently my brother in League City who had a ghost ant problem.
