After canceling due to poor service, the owner rang my doorbell multiple times, peered through our front window into the house (caught on Ring camera), called/texted/WhatsApp repeatedly even after I said I was busy and would call later, and ignored my ‘please stop calling’ request. The owner even figured out where I work and mentioned my CTO’s name in his text, which felt like stalking and deeply intrusive. Have full logs and video.

This is a great pest control service. Tim took my call, & worked me in for a next day consult. We were in the middle of remodeling and discovered termite activity. Tim verified this with a pic from me and got a treatment specialist (thanks Hunter)out here the very next day. And wow was he thorough! We have a big home with detached garage. He planted bait spikes around the entire perimeter-then spot treated the damage inside. I’m so impressed with these guys. Great choice for a scary situation. Y

Okay, I’ll admit that I was somewhat skeptical of the myriad 5-star reviews for Myles Pest Service. After recently moving to the area I contacted a company who had provided our service in the past, but was unimpressed with the representative they sent to take a look at our needs. Squirrel Invasion. Very grateful to Myles Pest Services and specifically to Hunter. He came out to our home, inspected and gave solutions and a favorable quote to trap squirrel in the attic/Soffit and seal the hole it had made on the Soffit. He set up 2 traps in the attic and repaired the entry holes at the front eaves and backside Soffit. The squirrel was locked outside!!!! Absolutely recommend bugs r us! They are quick to respond, take care of you and not to mention the owners and their employees are such kind people! The first time I called them I was having a panic attack from having maggots in my kitchen and they came to the rescue quickly, another time Erik helped my ant problem at my office quickly as well. They also came quarterly for maintenance and always were respectful to my home and kind! Highly recommend :)
