Marcus was very precessional. He was very polite. Answered all my questions. He also was doing my Nextdoor neighbor, it was earlier than I had been told, which was perfectly fine. He asked if he could come earlier because he was right next door. I didn’t need to leave until 11:30 . He was finished by I think 11:00. Which was perfectly fine. Which allowed me to spend extra time with my grandson, after my appointment. Y’all need to keep him. He is a kind and caring man. In other words he’s great.

When Zeke came out last week it was raining so he did not do outside spraying and said they would be out the next week. I was notified in advance and Andre came this morning to complete the job. He was also very friendly and greeted me with a smile that started my day off on a great note. This company and its employees are awesome.

The email we received from Romney on the conversion from Biotech and scheduling from annual to quarterly treatment had no pricing and a presumptive service date. 🤷♀️ Upon pricing request, we received a prefilled annual contract to sign with marked auto pay. When questioned we’re told auto pay is not mandatory— yet must be marked?? We went with it to try it out… there is a required 30 day notice to cancel. On the service day, quoted noon to four — we would have appreciated a proactive call from the technician alerting us of a more specific ETA, especially for this initial post Biotech service (waiting 4 hours with uncertainty is too long). The annual interior and exterior treatment of Biotech worked well; the jury is out on the new quarterly “exterior only” treatment for potential interior pests — time will be telling.

Tech came very late. You can’t expect owners to wait all day. A precise time window should be given. Was not able to put insecticide insidw house. I’v seen doEns if cockroaches indoor. Too many wasps outside. They did not spray on the roof sofit. Not all rat poison were refilled. I am unhappy. I want to stop this service
