This company services the house we are renting. First time the owner came I told him I smelled something probably a dead rat or squirrel and he told me he couldn't smell because his nose was stuffed. He went around to look for problem areas in the home, he left and we didn't hear back or have any of our concerns addressed until I made another service request to the owner of the home. The second time another employee was sent he set traps in the attic and he offered to deoderize but at the time the odor was in our kids playroom and he said he would have to hang it there and I didn't feel comfortable knowing the kids could get whatever chemical or deoderizer and possibly eat it. This employee told me he would come back out and check the traps in a couple of weeks. That was in February/early march and no one has come to check on the traps. I called in the second week of March and I let them know that the kids no longer occupy the playroom and we had turned it into an office so we wanted them to come and deodorize because when the temperature started getting hotter the smell became worse. The owner talked on the phone with me and basically tried to convince me there was nothing wrong and that if there was a dead animal he would have smelled it or seen a million flies, mind you he said his nose was stuffed when he visited. I requested for them to deodorize anyway and he said that I didn't have to put in a service request with the landlord that he would talk to him since he was meeting up with him that day. It has now been about a month and a half and we have yet to hear back, and we now have about a hundred flies popping up out of nowhere as the temperature heats up. I have left 2 voicemails at the end of March inquiring about our previous service and I have yet to hear back.

I’m very disappointed in this company. They were 2 hours late, rude and did not fully complete the job that was paid for. He was rushing and did not complete my backyard deck as he didn’t know I was watching him on the camera. I did not received an apology for his tardiness and my service was not discounted for the incomplete job. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!!!
