I don't even know where to begin, first off, before this place was bought out I heard they were great, but I have never been spoken to by a business by a manager before like I have with this business. They came out and were paid to spray the inside of our home, the tech insisted that if he sprayed the outside instead that the insect problem on the inside would be resolved. Two weeks later, no improvement. So they came out again for a reservice, same thing, the tech straight up refused to spray

We went out 2 times, and serviced the home INSIDE and OUTSIDE, both times. Only charged them 1 time. We went out without seeing the house, which is normal, but when we got there, we encountered numerous conditions and sanitation issues prohibitive for successful pest management. In certain cases,
I think the owner is usually the one who comes and sprays for us, and this service is a godsend. They guarantee the poison for three months, so if I find live bugs in my house at any point between sprays, I can just call and have them spray again. And as far as price, it's very reasonable. The staff I've spoken to on the phone has been friendly every time, and I've never had them miss an appointment. This is a good company.
