Hi I paid this company close to 5 thousand dollars for initial treatment and placement of traps for termites. They were supposed to come back quarterly to service the traps (separate fee). They never came. The owner claims that it was during covid and that we refused to have him enter the property to perform service. We have no record of that happening and apparently neither does he. We continued paying for those quarterly services. I didn't make the last payment of $137.39 because he never came. He has been calling my office and harassing my employees saying that its theft of service and that he is going to call the cops on them. If there is any theft here its on his part.
