If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been paid for two years under a service agreement and has still failed to resolve our termite problem. Throughout that time, the issue remained unresolved despite repeated treatments and promises. What is even more concerning is that they delayed scheduling a full-home treatment until my contract was about to expire, then attempted to require additional payment before completing the work. When I declined to pay again for a problem that should have already been resolved, they refused to finish the treatment they had started. The lack of professionalism, ethics, and accountability is astounding. After investing significant time and money, I am left with the same termite issues and no resolution. Save your money and look elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Miss. Fonseca, we understand your frustration regarding this persistent issue. Our team has exhaustively reviewed the ongoing issues at the residence. During the time of service provided to this home, we stayed in constant communication with everyone involved, through phone calls and home visits. We executed the first termite job, and treated the targeted areas, notes from 2024 state the home had previous years of termite damage, before us servicing the home. <br>We recommend to all of our customers that have had a termite job done to have a termite annual inspection done on their home, so we can check and treat on active termites, which is part of the warranty. This home had 2 annuals done with touch-ups that were provided during the warranty period. The second annual was failed to be paid for renewal, in the month of June renewal for the year 2026, which we inspected for termites and treated the active areas for. <br>The requests being made fall under a new termite job, that requires an updated contract and additional compensation. Because this requires a separate budget, we cannot perform this work at no cost.<br>Unfortunately, the core issue stems directly from the original company that worked on the foundation of the home, and if it was originally treated or not before the foundation was built.<br>We respect your decision to terminate our services, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. This company is disorganized and shady to their customers. Why is it that one technician charged me $275 for 225 square foot building. Yet when I spoke to another technician I'm told that they overcharged me and that it should've been $175 instead. I'm also told that the specific technician, Jose Sanchez is known for overcharging customers. I suggest you take your business elsewhere until they sort out or talk to their technicians about what is a fair charge for each job they do.

Outstanding service! Was horrified with the amount of ticks on my property and extremely stressed over it. Derrick was extremely helpful and covered all areas, while explaining things and giving tips. After the service I had a huge sigh of relief when seeing that almost all of the ticks were dead, with a few crawling around but looking like they're going to die out soon too. I'm extremely grateful and look forward to the follow up service date! Highly recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is not helpful and practically non-existent. I emailed to cancel my account in June and even paid off a remaining balance over $200, and I still get a text about setting up a service appointment. So I check the account and there they are trying to charge me for services. And of course no answer from customer service. Mind you. I have not had ANY services done Since January. Called twice and got hung up on twice.

You must be mistaken about which company you are reviewing. We do not have contracts, we do not have a customer on any recurring service named Kimberly C, and we do not do reminders of service by text we make personal phone calls as we believe in that personal touch. The customer service was courteous and professional. They explained the different packages they had and what each of those packages included. They also explain the reasons for each package. I got a confirmation call the day before and a text. THEY WERE ON TIME!!! WOW! I was very impressed by the respect they showed for my time. Usually, companies like this are always late but they were on point. High five for that! I was very pleased with the work, prices, and results of this company. They accept checks. I'm a very happy customer and strongly recommend this local business.
