What part of no soliciting don’t you understand?! I will call the cops on you next time. This is the third time you have put advertisements on my door and I have no soliciting clear as day. Why don’t you understand?!

Signed up for services had one visit in Feb 2024 then they go MIA. I can’t get anything scheduled, don’t return emails or calls until a week later. Just like the rest of our neighbors moved to another company that actually answers phones and responds to emails promptly.

**UPDATE** no refund was ever issued, and better yet, they charged the SAME CARD I SAID NOT TO AGAIN. Find a better company to use, this one is incompetent. Will not return phone calls or emails. Charged a bank account with the card that was closing. Will not call me back to refund it so I can give them new information. Do not use this place.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Have used them for almost a year. Paid for aeration, had a guy come out to look at my yard , suggest a fungus treatment (paid for that) water my yard 3 times a week their weed treatment is SUB PAR to say the least, still have weeds, patchy yellow spots in my yard , and grass looks like it did when I weed treated the yard. I’m going with someone else

If I could give 0 stars I would. Vista Turf is quick to take your money. I've called several times, left messages with a live person who assures me they will get the message to an "account manager" (how about a customer service manager instead...). Then no one calls. How about putting some of your profits into customer service instead of shiny expensive placards you leave in my front yard, or the glossy mailings you send to me on a regular basis. Remember, customer service is about SERVICE, not shiny advertisements for your business. I think somewhere along the line you forgot that. I'll be cancelling my service, which I've had for over a year, tomorrow. Waste of money. Don't use this service.

Vista Turf charged a premium for their service ($800/month) only to allow chinch bugs to destroy our turf. Imagine paying that much for a service, not providing any solution, ignoring customer complaints that included photos, and then cancelling that customer simply because they brought up the issue. I don't usually post reviews that are negative, but unfortunately I must post something about a business that a) was negligent and b) cancelled service without warning when I called them about the issues we were having. See the attached photos, shameful to do this to a small business whose turf still hasn't recovered from the damage.

Called for an irrigation repair. Tech came out 2+ weeks after my initial call. Said we had an issue and suggested they re-wire my entire 1acre lot and would send me a quote. Never got quote and was charged $125+ tax for no solution. Called another irrigation company, came out the same day I called them. Tech diagnosed the issue in one hour and completed the repair in another hour. I CANNOT recommend Vista Turf for irrigation repair. Save your money…

We requested an inspection and quote to find out why a few zones were messed up. The company canceled last minute the first time and then showed up late the second week, but that's not even the reason for my disdain for this company. The technician was very rude, and after going through the inspection said it was likely a valve (didn't even know) and left an almost $600 quote saying they can start with valve and keep fixing to find and correct the problem. That didn't make sense to me since our house is only 2 years old so I did my due diligence and called a second company. The second company came and found a simple wire issue within the first 30 minutes and fixed it right there for the same cost as the $100 inspection from Vistaturf to give us a fake, inflated estimate with hopes of what I assume was to redo our full system needlessly to get to wire at house. Happy I avoided the nightmare of going through VistaTurf by seeking another company. Vistaturf just trying to take money from people rather than actually help. 0 stars.

I wanted a leak repaired but wanted to charge $100.00 to test my system and then charge me to repair, the 100 bucks does not apply to the repair.Needless to say I called others!!
