Cody and Tx Bed Bug Experts have been such a blessing to my family. My grandmother has been dealing with bed bugs for several years now, just getting really bad over the past two years. Tx Bed Bug Experts treated my grandmother's home a few months ago with heat and sprays, because the infestation was so bad. The reason I choose them over the other company, that I won't name, was their reviews and affordability. Cody is easy to get in touch with if we have had any issues or concerns. Everyone we have worked with including Donna who answers the phone, has been extremely professional. Also, because my father has to go back and forth to his mother's home to assist her, I asked for an assessment of my home. Knowing the situation, Cody made a last minute effort to come to my home on a Friday afternoon to assess, even though he did not have availability until the following Monday. Thank you Cody and Tx Bed Bug Experts for helping us eradicate this issue!

Like some of us, I have a “not so friendly” landlord, who was trying to force me to use an extremely expensive pest control company, (knowing I couldn’t afford it) I called around until I got in touch with Cody! He gave me his word that he would do what was necessary to help me out, and he didn’t disappoint! He worked around my schedule and made it happen! Very professional, highly recommended!

They are responsive and thorough. My Developmentally Delayed daughter had a horrible bedbug infestation that MHMR allowed to go on for over six months so it was really bad worse than I imagined and they came in. They stayed until everything was done. They are going to come back in two weeks and spray again, and I am pleased and happy to have that part over. I will update this in about two weeks and let you know the outcome after that but I expect it to be really good.

After having my regular exterminator treat our home 4 or 5 times with spray & only have the bugs return in a couple weeks I found this heat service. My exterminator is great but for bedbugs it’s a while different matter. This is the 1st time I dealt with bedbugs. I dealt with them from March to Oct. 2025. To find a company that comes & has me do minimal prep & absolutely clear out not only bedbugs but also carpenter ants that we’ve had for a long time is nothing but the best! I completely recommend them. The only inconvenience is you have to leave for about 8 hours. But I have not seen even 1 bedbug since their treatment. If you’re battling bedbugs, just call this company. Getaway for 8 hours & come back to a calm bedbug free home! These guys are great!

They came out and did a heat treatment the heat treatment did not work they supposed to come out and spray 3 weeks later they sprayed again the bed bugs are still there I want to recommend these people for nothing they don't get rid of bed bugs please call somebody else

He was very informative and honest He didn't jump on my business cuz he said he's specialized in bed bugs He told me that I had grain weevils and he told me to talk to this person that he has confidence in which I'm going to call I thank you so much for your info and your honesty that's what we need today no gouging straightforward honesty

The reps were very personable however, treatment was ineffective. From July 2024 to January 2025 2 heat treatments and spray every month. It APPEARED to have worked but see signs and contact them. They will offer a discount but if it wasn’t even resolved, not likely to pay that much money again for it to not work. We should have started with another company who when they say “ resolved in one treatment” is truthful. Do not recommend using them.

Beware I spoke with a woman named Donna that originally told me $1 a square foot to treat bed bugs with a 6 month warranty. Originally I requested financing for my 1300 square foot home which I was quoted $1,950 when I called back questioning the quote I was told it was that high because of the financing and originally it was going to be $1,500. After I requested a cash quote she said hang on a minute and come right back on the phone to inform me I would need a few extra sprays without seeing my house and everything I've already done ( spotless clean) she told me I would need a few extra sprays so the total would have to be $1, 750 honestly she did knock off $100 for my roommate that was in the military. Yet also informed me that the garage was not part of the house however it is part of the 1300 square feet. This left a terrible taste in my mouth. The next day I called truly pest control and they were willing to thoroughly treat my home with a one-year warranty for half of this price. Beware!!!!

I really gave these people a chance to help me. Starting in July 2024 I had them out 4 times in 6 months. I did everything they told me to do, but I still have bed bugs. Now I have to get someone else in here. I hate this! In response to their response: 1. I was not told that. I was told of my options so I went with the biotreatment. 2. The "level of infestation" was not that bad, according to your own techs. 3. Also, we were never told the biotreatment needed an endless number of visits. 4. Because of the ongoing problem, I was told about going with the heat treatment on the 4th visit.

Totally ineffective treatment. have been through the heat treatment twice along with numerous follow ups. I have gotten rid of my furniture and paid over 3k total to get rid of the bugs and I still have them. During the heat treatment they leave the door. I don't know how my it can get hot enough in my house to kill them. The follow ups, they said they put a fungus down that dries them up. Seemed to not affect them at all. I couldn't even tell anything was done. Everytime they throw my electronics on the floor like they don't break. I have been dealing with these for years and I hoped it would work. So the disappointment is real. And the customer service. I called to schedule a ineffective follow up and the customer service rep said they couldn't help me and hung up. I have checked other places like my car and there's no sign of the bugs.

Piece of advice: READ YOUR CONTRACT! We had them out and were told we had bedbugs. It was suggested we not treat with heat due to the type of floored had (much appreciated for that!). Tech came out but due to a big issue we had with trying to get one of our cats out of the home, we were not able to continue. We were told we’d have to pay half the fee because tech actually came to house. That was $750. Plus our deposit of $250 was kept because we ‘cancelled’. $1000 and we received no treatment . Funny part? We’ve seen NO bugs since! There were nice enough but I wouldn’t use them again.

The fact that Donna told me I was telling her how to run her business by me simply asking if they offered a payment plan option. With any company, we all shop around and another company brought it to my awareness that they allow you to make two payment. that you can make one at the initial service and the other at the second service. This would have made the Texas experts price affordable to me. So I asked if it was an option and she immediately shot it down. When I asked if there was a supervisor to speak with or is she the say all end all, she said she is. And let off a chuckle. Which she went on to say it wasn’t a chuckle. It was her clearing her throat, because I’m telling her how to run her business. I don’t care what walk of life you are in your customers or potential customers are the reason that you’re in business. So because somebody was coming to you. Asking a simple question. Clearly in need of your service. You Do you have the right to say no but you don’t have the right to make them feel less than or disrespect them. Everything that came out of Donna‘s mouth after me expressing I didn’t appreciate the disrespect shows that this company doesn’t deserve for people to put their hard earned money into this place. My dollar may not be important to you. But any company that treats people like a dollar doesn’t deserve a dime. Be a business yes, but treat people with respect no matter what. The fact that I simply asked if the payment can be broken into two payments is no reason. To disrespect me and make absurd comments like I’m trying to tell you how to run your business based on some thing another company said. All I asked if it was an option with your company so that I may use your services. There’s no such thing as customer service anymore. People play nice in your face so that they can get your dollar. And I think this was a sign because if we would’ve paid this money and their services didn’t work, this shows me what type of person I would’ve been dealing with on the other end. I do hope that this review helps other people have a little insight on who is really on the other side of that phone. And choose to go somewhere else. Even if I just have one person avoid this place I’ll have done some type of good service to someone.

They came to my house for six consecutive months, and the problem persists. The treatment they used is completely ineffective. This has been a real headache because their work is supposedly guaranteed, but in my case, it didn't work. Now they're telling me they can't come back because the guarantee has supposedly expired, but they claim their work is guaranteed. It's very stressful; I don't recommend them.
