I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Del Valle Pest Control. They scheduled my service and canceled on me more than five times. Then, without telling me, they went to my property, never entered the house, and later called me to charge for a service I didn’t even know had been done. When I told them I had no idea they went, they rescheduled—but again, showed up on a random day without my confirmation. After that, they began calling me every single day to charge me for a service that I never properly received because of their repeated cancellations and mismanagement. I asked several times to speak to the owner or a manager, and for months nobody ever called me back. The only calls I received were aggressive attempts to collect payment. On top of everything, the staff was consistently rude on the phone and never offered real solutions. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept pushing charges for a service that was never done right. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and frustrating. I do not recommend Del Valle Pest Control at all

Very bad service, they gave me a quote for a price and i agreed and they decided to charge me more than double of what we had already agreed without even notifying me before getting started , but yet they want you to leave them a good review for a discount , im never calling them back , im never calling them back i don’t recommend them at all

Waited 2 hours - waisted a planned activity waiting for a tech to come to my house. Had to cancel. We had to call to check status. Tech finally calls at 8:00 pm. Saying he can stop by. Nope!

Their product won’t last even a couple weeks! I had a cricket problem and their service only kept them away for about a week. It happened me twice, I gave them a second chance this last time but it wasn’t worth it at all.

Very Very bad service have been calling for over a month so they can finish the final service they always say I'm going to call you back. They haven't called I've been trying to be patient I gave them a chance to fix the the messy and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WORK THEY DID and yet can't get no response from anyone at this place VERY BAD SERVICE

Four times doing business with them they’re always late. I usually schedule at 5 pm, today July 19, 2021, two hours late and counting. And all my tenants are disappointed because of the inconsistent time promise.
