They did AC maintenance and the work caused a leak causing the ceiling to leak in the garage. They want no part of the responsibility. The leak was right where you enter the attic, just turn and look easily visible with no obstruction. Wyatt listened to my concerns & issues and did everything he could to make sure my problems were resolved! The fee schedule was very fair too.
