Absolutely outstanding service! The team was incredibly responsive—every time I sent a text, I got a reply almost instantly. Tylor usually comes out and he is always super polite and professional. We've also had William and Nate come out and they were just as fast and professional. What really impressed me was their guarantee—when a few bugs popped back up, they didn’t hesitate to come back and spray again at no extra charge. It really showed they stand behind their work. I truly appreciate their commitment to doing the job right. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, responsive, and effective pest control! The whole team is great to work with!

Kenny, one of the pest control technicians, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He was thorough, respectful of my home, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. It’s hard to find a company with such great customer service these days, but everyone at Bug Man truly goes above and beyond.
