Kenneth McLemore showed up and explained what he was going to do to and how he was going to do it. He also said it would take 2 or 3 days for the wasps to die off. 1st time customer and this company exceeded our expectations. Called this morning and got 2 technicians to come out in less than 3hrs. Kenny was very polite to explain everything. The reviews are not lying this company will go above and beyond for your home. Was using terminex have called and cancel my contract with them and will be using BugMan for our home for now on. We had Josh come give us a quote earlier this week for termite treatment, He was able to get us taken care of really quickly. Nate & Kenny came out for the service and took great care of us. Highly recommend this company. Truly every single person we have encountered from BugMan were so nice and very professional. They explained so much and didnt use scare tactics like some of the other companies did that came out. Thank you so much again.
