Chris at Spot On was amazing. I live in another state and hired Spot On to treat my mother in law’s house in Trinity. After speaking with Chris on the phone I knew he was trustworthy, cared about his clients, and would get the job done. He went above and beyond to take care of the problem and I will definitely hire him again.

Chris Nash, the owner of Spot On Pest Control, came out today to service my commissary after noticing a few spiders. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Chris was extremely thorough, professional, and considerate from start to finish. What truly set him apart was how well he explained everything...what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what I can do going forward to help prevent further issues. Second company I called about a termite problem. First one was saying “these came from a swarm and something else”. I didn’t see or recall seeing any termite wings in or around my house, now I’m no expert so they might have dropped them then came into the house. Called Chris. He hit the scene flashlight in hand. I showed him what happened several years ago when I had some termites. He dug around in each room and came to the conclusion that these came from underground . I accepted his diagnosis because thats where the previous one came from because that guy showed me how they came in. A day later he arrived and promptly put out the traps and foam as promised then went outside and dug a trench for more poison/chemicals. Oh he also used some fancy infrared camera that was able to detect heat the colony was putting off and poked around the wall to prove that the camera was not a fake Well he put out several bait stations, boxes, foam and dug the trench. Filled everything with chemicals that will put a stop to them. Chris was super friendly and very knowledgeable and professional If I have anything else come up, I’ll use him again
