Ethan and the Landmark team was amazing from first contact to last check up. I have been having slight issues and thought I could handle it myself until the heavy rain drove thousands and thousands of ants in my home. I was stuck and in a bad place. They were able to come out and do initial work that afternoon. Other companies never called back or answered. They came back twice to follow up touch up spray and I haven't had any issues since inside the home. They put my ease and told me they would take care of me and they did.  They were very cautious and meticulous working around our pets too and made sure they were safe and not harmed. They were very patient and professional. They gave me clear instructions what to look for after the final sweep and said call back if any doubt. They called and check back up on me a week later too. Can't thank this local team enough. Very happy and would highly recommend anybody needing help .

We have done business with this company for many years and they are not only affordable, very nice, and they even gave us traps for critters that were tearing up our wiring in our tractor. They come out on a regular schedule, letting us know ahead of time, which helps us out so much. We definitely recommend them.
