They are absolutely horrible at communicating. We got services for termite and pest treatment. They charged us twice for EVERYTHING. When I reached out to corporate they said it was the local offices fault and I needed to reach out to them. I drove to the local office (which is permanently closed. So u can’t see anyone in person) I called the manager who didn’t answer, left a voicemail and he didn’t return the call. Had to text him multiple times. I left one star because they actually help with bug but....bad bad company, scam artists, liars, they will rob you like the scam artists that call the elderly and scam them out of their life savings. If you pay your contract in full and cancel, you will continue to get billed just at a lower rate, it's their way of getting extra money out of you.. You can say no thanks just cancel me and your credit card or debit card will still be charged. That is illegal and I will be calling a lawyer and gett

Horrible experience. Technician would never show up when he was supposed to. Every time he would leave we would schedule with him for the next two weeks and he would never show so we would call and have somebody come and then the technician told us we did not have to call to schedule that he already has it scheduled to come and it gets him in trouble when we call. And so we didn’t call and he once again did not show up for the appt HE scheduled. They also charged us again after our first 3 month
