A salesman from your company knocked on my door today. We are under a mandate requiring masks during the COVID19 pandemic. The salesman was not wearing a mask. I was expecting someone else or would not have opened the door. He did not introduce himself, I saw the name of the company from his shirt. His introduction was "do you know Ed up the street". I do not know anyone named Ed. Needless to say, I was uncomfortable for various reasons, not to mention solicitaion is restricted in the neighborhood. He then proceeded to ask me if I had a bug guy. Needless to say, this is not a professional way to do business. Even if I needed an exterminator, I would not allow this man inside my house to make a deal, nor would I hire your company based on this interaction. He stood outside my door taking notes before walking away. Shady sales tactic during a pandemic.

Very happy with the work. It's now June 2020 and the pest service was November 2019... and still we see great results - no bugs. So scheduling again! :-)

Update: no problems at all and they did a great job. Wasps and roaches disappeared immediately. APC is my go-to now. Original review: APC did a great job explaining what they were doing and how their treatment works. They were very thorough in the work. Their initial communication could have been better, but I don't want to knock off a full star for it. I'd give them 4.5 out of 5. I will probably hire them again if I have mosquito/wasp problems next spring.
