I didn’t get service with these folks bc I’m out side of their service area, but Bonny went out of her way to give me good solid advice about termites. I appreciate her willingness to help.

10/10 recommend. We called on a Tuesday for a termite problem, Mr. Doug came out same day and gave us an estimate and treatment plan. They were back that Thursday to treat our home! Efficient and reliable!

Did a great job spraying and doing the surrounding area. Also kept our cats safe during the job. Michael Greenwald was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Will use again.

They got to us right away. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I fell they are a company that can be trusted.

I was very happy with the guy that they sent to do the job however, I am very unhappy with the lady in the office. You can’t tell someone on the phone that you will give you a guarantee to re-treat the area if you see the pests again only to tell you later that they never told you that. I don’t like basically being called a liar! I remember what I was told and they were the only company I called so I didn’t get it confused with someone else!! Not very happy at all.

We have been using this service for years. They offer free estimates and pricing is reasonable. They are also friendly and customer focused. They are our go-to company for anything pest related. Give them a try if you have the need.

I absolutely loved our actually bug guy but the office lady was extremely rude to me. She yelled and hissed at me and asked me “ what time do you want”. I have had issues in the past with her trying to get her to answer the phone to pay a bill for someone else. I was told my one of the other guys that she takes 3 hour lunch breaks. I have never been treated like this by anyone in CS before.

When I found out that my building had termites, I was upset. Doug (the owner of D&D Pest Control) was very informative and friendly. His workers did a great job with minimal noise, etc. I would highly recommend D&D to everyone.

Very nice and does great job

After paying for treatment for18 years, I found out studs in one wall were destroyed by termites. Owner claimed no responsibility. Offered to inspect and treat for any termite activity. Never even showed up.wasted 18 years of money to prevent termite damage. What a scam.

Did a wonderful and thurrough job on our termite inspection. He explained why he was doing things, what he was looking for, and when he found evidence of past termites, he explained how he knows that they were there and ensured me that they had done treatments. Kind and very professional!

Forget to spray certain areas. Attic for 1 between kitchen equiptment.does not take necessary time. To keep bugs away.expensive forervice,in my opinion. Waiting on another $100 for quartly,service.Y,must it be so much being loyal,unhappy. Customer.hope you have better experience.can say trust the guy who comes in.sweet as pie.chemical used suck I guess.will-repost review again,after next treatment.for now not happy...
