I highly recommend Guardian Pest Control. Technicians were very punctual and professional. I had many questions on the substance that is used because of my dog, and the technicians were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They were able to get the job done effectively, and in a very neatly and timely manner. Prices were very reasonable. They are great for any kind of pest elimination.

​I hired this company to address a significant cockroach infestation in my two-story home, expecting a thorough and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend this company. ​The most concerning issue was the apparent lack of time and effort spent on the job. In preparation for the service, I had personally emptied all drawers and cabinets, following best practices for thorough pest control. However, my family and I left the house as instructed, and within five minutes of our departure, we received a call stating the service was complete. This extremely short duration for treating a large, two-story residence with a severe infestation suggests the technicians did not perform a proper or comprehensive application, and seemingly skipped the areas I prepared. ​The results confirm this lack of thoroughness: the infestation has actually worsened since the treatment was performed. I am now seeing significantly more roaches than before the service. ​Given the ineffective treatment, the hasty execution, and the failure to treat prepared areas, I feel I paid for a service that was not delivered, and my pest problem has been exacerbated. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for pest control.

They started out well. They were responsive and came to treat my yard one time and did a good job. I told the technician I wanted to set up monthly service. However, I called to delay the next treatment because I was going out of town. It went to voice mail, so I left a message. When I returned, I called to set up the next appointment. Again, the phone went to voice mail, so I had to leave a message again. I requested a call back. This was 4 days ago. No return call and no treatment. The voice mail is not set up for business calls, so I don't know if anyone associated with the business received the message. This is unprofessional. I have found another company.

To begin with, when I called, the guy told me that for termite, it would be too expensive, without asking me any details, second one he said that they can last one day or two to finish the job, again whiteout ask me any information. If I hadn't had the money to pay for the service, why would I call. Please put somebody else to answer the phone. You are losing customers, if the owner answers..to bad.
