Great Customer Service

Very bad experience with this company, it seemed like they didn't spray anything because it didn't work. Called them and they told me there is no warranty and the owner is not to be called or reached. They tell you one thing but yet they put something else in the system. Very bad service and no communication at all.

We recently had ASASH Termite & Pest Control service our office at Pro Mega Signs, and they did an outstanding job. Their team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and made sure our office was properly treated. I called and told them it didn’t seem like they sprayed and they told me they told me the best a very experienced employee. So, the yard was spayed on Tuesday and saw ants on Friday. Called on Monday and was told needed 2nd spray in order to guantee job. Last time I ever use them.

VERY unsatisfied it's been 2 1/2 months I paid in side and out of house bugs still coming out I called ASAsh and said there were NO Guaranteed.that I would have to pay again. what kind of Business is that very unprofessional People me ware NOT Recommend it.

Won't quote a price for you until they go see, even if you give them the address and dimensions of the building. But if they go and check and you decide not to take thier service because the price went up to much, they want to charge you a $47 cancelation fee!

Very unprofessional, and very unethical people running this business. I had service done at my business, and I was told by the young associate that the service had a warranty. Well, to my surprise, the pesky roaches, not the associates, they were friendly people no attitude. The little critters were crawling around by the 3rd day. I let the poison set for another two weeks, but the problem grew. I called Asash, and I was discouraged when I was told they had no warranty, when the Asash employee told there was a warranty. Thank you Asash for taking my money. Have a great day. Sir, if you tell a client that the job has warranty, then you have to honor it, not go back on what you promised your customer. That's bad for business.

A complete lack of professional ethics. We waited three days for an appointment, and when we finally got one, they never showed up.

Most valued service. Good job spraying and good price. Sprays are guarenteed and no hassle for a call back when they missed some ants that showed up a week later.

Excellent company, great customer service and even better attention, I highly recommend them.

Worst owner I've ever met!! Workers and owner always parking on side walk. Very busy street, making it almost impossible to go south bound on McClelland Ave. Asked the owner to stop letting people park there cause it could create a huge accident. He simply said I should wait. Instead of doing the lawful thing and not park on side walk he'd rather have the probability of causing an accident than listen to anyone.

Over all a pleasant experience.

Called them up on Monday morning and they went over to get rid of my flea problem the following morning. Speaking with them over the phone they all were extremely attentive and professional. Highly recommend them for all your pest needs!

On time and reliable. The fumigator was professional and thorough. When straying the yard, be payed special attention to the areas the ants were congregating. They’re a couple of decades behind with technology though. You have to call the office and give them your debit card number over the phone if you want to pay that way. It take a few minutes for them to get to the machine that does it, and takes about 5 minutes to process too. Also, carbon receipts? It’s 2022.
