We have been so pleased with R & R. No scorpions, yay! Yesterday the sudden gnats in the house were addressed. Our guy, Rudy, is the best. Such a nice young man, very helpful and personable. So pleased with him! Give him a raise!

We have used R&R for a very long time. They are always polite and willing to go the extra mile. If they are running behind or ahead of schedule we get a phone call letting us know. The come quarterly to spray.

They have honestly been one of the best companies I’ve worked with in the area, period! From scheduling to prompt arrival for appointments… Kim even put my mind at ease when I was worried about spraying the house with my toddler running around. You can tell they are all wonderful people. I highly recommend!

I saw R&R Pest Control’s billboard on I16 and decided to give them a call. Kim talked to me about their services and scheduled an appointment for us right away. James called to let us know he was on his way. He was on time, double checked with us on what we wanted to have sprayed. James was professional and thorough.Now to be completely up front and honest, we have a lot of bugs! A month later I called and asked Kim if they had something stronger as we still had quite a few wolf spiders around outside of the house and trying to get in. Kim said that they would come out and respray and even put down granules at no charge. I fully expected to pay and just wanted the spiders gone. Jayson came a couple of days later, he called first and like James was prompt, professional and thorough and gave us an invoice for our records with no charge. It’s only been a few days, but I have not seen a wolf spider. I love the office personnel and the techs, they offer prompt, professional and complete service. I will recommend R&R Pest Control to all my friends.

I have R&R out quarterly to spray my yard and they always call ahead to make sure you know wjat day and time, and arrive on time on said day, and the guy/s are very friendly, to both myself and my dogs should they uh.. make theirbway to him😅 R&R has been providing this service to me for several years now, I never have any major bug issues thanks to them! Oh and it IS animal/pet safe!

Excellent group of technicians and office professionals.

They sprayed inside & outside of home in Westlake and did an amazing job!!! We had a TON of insects clinging to the house lights at night, wasps flying around all day etc. All day and night bugs practically gone after one spray. Hiring them for mosquito spray soon! Would definitely recommend. Great value.
