Called on a Friday to get a wasp nest taken care of on my son’s playset. They were able to send Buck out the same day to take care of it so that my son didn’t have to go all weekend without playing outside. I was going to knock it down myself but so glad I decided to call, he said it had 20-30 live wasps. He got it sprayed, knocked down, and got them all off the playset. Thank you Buck!!

Woolly worm season again. Had my trees sprayed for the dreaded woolly worms this morning the two gentlemen that came out were very professional and did a great job. I'm happy to say the worms are falling from the trees either dying or dead.

Orta's Profesional Pest Control is awesome. They are very professional, courteous, and on time. My experience so far has been with an employee by the name of Alex. I'm sure everyone is great, but this young man is top-notch. I would recommend this company to anyone who may be looking to get rid of pests around your home. After the first spray, I saw a few pests, 1 month or so later. They came back out, no questions asked, and sprayed again. I haven't seen anything since that time. Highly Recommended.

If I could give Ortas a 10 star review, I would! Doug was our exterminator that came out to our home time after time when our flea infestation in our garage just wouldn’t let up. He dedicated himself to make sure our fleas were eradicated and we were never charged past our first fee because he promised that he would take care of our problem until the insects were gone and we were comfortable in our garage again. I won’t use any other company, and you shouldn’t either! Thanks Doug and thank you Ortas!

I live in a wooded area and they showed up and were able to treat the exterior of my house for the roaches coming from the trees and since they treated, I have not seen a single living one AND I see a bunch of dead ones

They came out and did an estimate a couple weeks ago and I was told it would be a couple days for them to come back and spray and all that. I still haven’t received a call or anything. Am I supposed to call and leave a reminder? The guy that came out was professional I just don’t understand why they never came back. After reading reviews it looks as if more people are having this problem in recent history.

My wife and I just moved a couple months ago to Aransas Pass Texas area. My wife has been calling around to find pest control professionals. We have been having issues with rodents. We call this company and what we got was they are to busy to help, and we need to take care of the problems with pests, and bugs ourselves. So very unprofessional. Will not recommend this company at all.

I had fleas in my back yard so after reading reviews, I called Ortega's. I got an appointment for the next morning. Bobby arrived promptly and was so pleasant and professional. He treated my entire yard very thoroughly and explained that there is a 30 day guarantee if there are any problems. He even took care of some wasp nests I had! I really appreciate Bobby treating my yard immediately and so do my dogs! Highly recommended.

Since moving down to the area in September 2019, into a home that had been vacant for quite some time, we fully expected to have some pest issues, and there were! There are many companies to choose from in the area when it comes to pest control, but as a person who firmly believes to support local companies first if they are able to provide the service, part, supplies, etc that you need, I gave Orta's a call and they were able to get someone out pretty quickly to assess our particular situation, and recommend the best treatment plan. I would like to recognize Daniel (affectionately known as "my pest guy"), he is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, caring. He won't recommend a service unless it's necessary to take care of the issue, or necessary to prevent future return of the pest(s)... I recommend Orta's to anyone that I talk to in the area that is having a pest issue, and share the same things as I did above in this review with the individual. Thanks for keeping those creepy crawlies outdoors where they belong! :) We are customers for life, and when Daniel comes to treat, it's like an old family friend coming over to visit that just happens to have "that stuff" that takes care of the problem!

New to the Aransas Pass area & had never experienced an infestation of the Wooley worm invasion. My house was covered with them and I called Orta's Pest control to treat them. Lou ann scheduled an appointment for the next day and Daniel the technician showed up at the scheduled time. A price was negotiated and the service was done immediately. I actually had an ant problem and Joesph did what no other pest control did and opened the window and sprayed. I told about other problem areas and he took care of them. He also took the time to ask questions and answered a few of my own.
